Its fine to talk about the recruiting classes and point to that as why ND sucks so bad. But the team lacks fundamentals completely. I do not think Weis has figured out that college kids need to be treated differently than NFL players.

Thats a last place team right there. Weakened our rotation, took out our most consistent offensive threat, and really didnt improve the pen enough.

I would say the whole middle of the field with the exception of Catcher should be addressed. CF, SS, 2B, Lead off hitter, more contact, bullpen. One of the positions, ss and cf have to solve the leadoff problem as well.

Juan should be gone. With the swing as miss types we already have, we need some contact-type hitters, and he is simply not a fit for this org.
