I've had jobs where if you didn't clock in on time they sent you home. I really don't have an issue sitting a guy who is a repeat offender at being late. It's all about accountability. Even Joe Maddon the most lax manager only had 2 rules, play hard and show up on time.

They shouldn't be. Maybe that's the issue. They aren't held accountable. Many people get docked pay if the don't clock in within 4 minutes of start time.

True but it could have been a labral tear which can be surgery and 3-6 months of rehab.

It's a strain of the muscle(s) which raise the leg in the air. Either the iliopsoas or rectus femoris.

Laugh all you want. This is what teams woth post season aspirations do. Make sure they have the full team rested and ready at the end of the season for the post season.
