That makes the most sense for the situation.

I believe the report was that Robert still isn't feeling great so i don't mind only playing him in one game today.

If you drive a Brinks truck there. It's tough to drink much with those prices.

Luis back, Crochet IL, Mendick 27th man
It's just another way to limit his innings so he can pitch late in the season and into the playoffs.

Luis back, Crochet IL, Mendick 27th man
Not this year. He would be done by July with his innings.

No, its most likely a scapular stabilizer. A global muscle not the small glenohumeral stabilzer that cause shoulder issues.

Forgive me, I know not of what I speak. (realistic for the real world not Paceworld)

Realistic scenario if they choose to go that route.

Could be. Could also be Tom Brady. Most likely somewhere in between. With the way he throws and the decisiveness, I'm going with successful.

Congrats to Nate Jones/Carson Fulmer, back in big leagues
A good GM doesn't make all of the decisions all by himself and no input from anyone ever. There is a reason that KW is around and they have scouts and an analytics department. As much as everyone wants to blame a single person for every decision, including game decisions, no one makes these decisions in isolation.

Is he wrong? They seem to have done pretty well once JR let them do a complete rebuild.

It was too intense for me.

This is true. The chat still makes me wonder if some of those members aren't posting because they are in prison.

Probably. My guess is they go WR to give Nagy another toy to play with.

I disagree with this one. If in the right system (49ers), he will be successful.

The 7 inning games really are proving their worth in saving pitchers. Not a fan long term but for last year and this year, it is worth it.

I would agree. My philosophy is the old school of build inside out. A good QB can only do so much when he is on the ground.

I don't think they'll last that long.

GAME THREADS WARNING
I find this to be an issue with people today in general, especially my 22-27 y/o doctoral students. They have a very difficult time processing the gray areas and want yes/no black/white answers. As you may guess their minds explode when I answer their questions with "depends" In the field of physical therapy there are very few true answers. It always depends on the situation and what happened to the client not to mention that everyone can have anatomic variations to begin with. It's an interesting challenge.

Yet people are always ready to sign players to long term deals saying that they expect the players to be bad in the last few.

What happened to Garrett Crochet's fastball?
It's the common baseball philosophy espoused by Cooper. Sacrifice velocity for control and save the injuries.

That’s a Nicky Two Strikes Winner!!
It's always fair to question a decision. I don't think its fair to say it was absolutely the wrong decision and there is no question it was the wrong decision as some are saying.

True. On the flip side Grandal has been awful hitting lately. So maybe the possibility of another groundsball to the right side for a double play outweighs the fact the he hasn't bunted very often in games because he is normally a very good hitter.
