Roman, you really don't seem like a bad kid at all. In fact, there are some things about you that I find commendable. But, you are so way off base about many things that as you go through life and experience the trauma that life sends your way, you will most certainly change your tune. Your outlook on things is hampered by your lack of life trials and tribulations. This is not your fault, and in fact, is a blessing as far as you are concerned. Suicide can be, is not always, a selfish act. Your loved ones are left behind to deal with "why's" and "what could I have done" type of questions that invariably go through the mind of every person that cared about the suicide "victim". Those questions will never be answered. Those loved ones will deal with the guilt and doubt every day. In most cases for the rest of their lives. And to say that you will never have the thought of suicide cross your mind.... When you are a father, if you have to walk into a morgue and identify you dead son or daughter, the thought will cross your mind, I promise. I pray that you never have to go through such an experience, but you might. That's what I'm talking about when I say life's trials and tribulations.

I have to bring this up, and I know Heather will appreciate it. Carlos Lee has been very clutch the last two games. Last night with that awesome 2-run saving catch, and tonight with the late inning 2-run bomb. He's hustling his ass off and his bat is really picking up some steam. We may be beginning to see the Carlos Lee we thought we would after the 2000 season.

I think either trade would be fine. Trading PK would allow Frank to play 1st, with Grace avaialable as a late inning defensive replacement when he doesn't start. Frank's bat would probably pick up its pace a bit, as it always has when he plays the field. PK is good, but like Jason says, he's no $8Mil player. Kim is a decent, versatile pitcher and could prove to be a valueable asset.

First of all, we keep seeing the name Carlos Beltran pop up. It ain't gonna happen folks. Get real. If Aaron Rowand is not healthy, he'll still continue to .125 or whatever and we can't settle for that. I like AR, but I just don't think he is healthy. As a 2 week replacement, or to buy us time till we can get a CF, yes, then AR would work. But he cannot be our starting CF for the rest of the season. It's not a matter of him needing to clear his head, he needs a healthy shoulder.

Not only will there be no suspensions, there were no ejections... if can believe that. And that was AFTER both benches were warned.

If Kenny Williams would have listened to the posters on this board, we'd have Jose Cruz, Jr. playing CF right now. It was a no brainer.

The difference is the both benches were warned after Julio hit Maggs. So, Colon hit Hairston after the warnings. But, I'm like Jason on this one. No one should be suspended. If anyone was it should have been Julio, since he was retaliating against Maggs because Maggs had been smoking the ball that day.

Rios may not be the consumate CF'er, but he does a decent job and is hitting fairly well. Plus, we need that LH bat. Rios should be starting in CF now, IMO.

Why? Drew has been injiured for 2 seasonms and hasn't lived up to his potential. Garland hasn't lived up to his either. J D Drew is not Mickey f***ing Mantle. Garland is 23 to Drew's 27.
