The man hasn't hit for the past week, and if Paulie doesn't hit, he's going to hit into a ton of DP's. The body of work shows he's still had a very good season, but obviously a million double play balls and Paulie being slower than a stationary bike without a wheel can be frusterating to watch.

Not a surprise. By November, we'll know of a lot of guys that have been playing hurt all season, and between that and a million other factors, our doom is nigh.

He's been a lot better since Coop and the crew worked on his mechanics. This is a GREAT sign, maybe we can just dump Freddy and put Brandon on our rotation this offseason and be ok, assuming Buehrle's back doesn't fall off of course.
