My only hope is that the JR faction is diminished and the Cohen faction is growing. The owners that realize their franchise value is the investment and not year to year profit need to talk sense into the rest of them.

Lockout 100% is coming. Might not lead to a cancelled season, in fact it almost certainly won't, but it's coming. The owners don't know what they want as a group, which is a problem and will only be resolved with a lockout imo.

He's fine at 3B for now given our options. Sometimes he just gets a little in between on hops but does have decent instincts and glove handling. Mediocre arm for 3B tho. I think I'd give him 3-4 starts a week at third and then the other 3-4 at 1B/DH. He's proving to be a decent hitter even when slumping, will keep taking his walks if nothing else.

In today's MLB you can go a long way hitting 25 HR and hitting 280 at 2B. I don't care how many walks you don't take.
