  1. Right. It's not like he was just a bad regular, he was arguably the worst regular in MLB since the trade, competing with our own Andrew Vaughn. So he's gotten hot for a couple weeks, well keep it up. Finishing with like a 250/300/450 line would be a really good season.
  2. to be fair he did look completely overmatched in every facet of the game. putting on that muscle was key for him and it's paid off. he at least looks the part of a MLB player physically now. He also seems to have put in a lot of work defensively as he's been fine at 3B.
  3. That's a lot according to @WestEddy so yea, look out.
  4. Daniel Bennett Palka is an American professional baseball outfielder for the Algodoneros de Unión Laguna of the Mexican League.
  5. He's been good lately but he's got a lot to still prove. He is 25 and is finally producing a bit, keep it up.
  6. slash lines looking a bit better. don't have a lineup full of 160/200/250 anymore at least.
  7. This version is the 6-8 WAR superstar and that WILL get a return. He needs to stay healthy obviously.
  8. Lotta good things happened in this game. We played a good, clean game and took our scoring chances. Huh.
  9. Like we all said you put the OBP machine Vaughn in front of the slugger.
  10. thanks, missed it live. figured it was, he's still not aggressive enough with 2 strikes.
  11. Was only 20 years ago but might as well be a different era. Even 20 years ago most starters were topping out around 92-93. Sitting above that was considered elite velo. Now you're lucky to see anybody throwing below 94-95 in any inning. Just a lot of sports science improvement across the board.
  12. I faced Jim Dieters in DIII, was mid round draft pick for the Tribe and might have had a shot at MLB before he blew his arm out. I went 0-3 with three K, as a LHB, he was basically unhittable at that level. He was throwing mid to high 80s with a nasty breaking ball. Always fun to see guys from lower levels in pro ball.
  13. Such a slow ass bat so he starts his load too early to adjust to off speed
  14. chase and quero are legit talents. might not be better than average regulars, but they are talented.
  15. Did we set the position player used record last year? Maybe we can break our own mark if so.
