I've been going balls out in my rehab 5-6 times a week ever since I got injured. Recovery can def be influenced by the athlete's willingness to work in addition to a good surgical repair.

Well damn this turned out nice for the Sox. Too bad they couldn't have today count as a "day" for the suspensions. Guess they couldn't get that lucky.

I like Nieto but has pitch framing and contact rate have miles to go before he's a league average backup catcher. I think he'll have a decent 5-7 year MLB career but it won't be as anything more than a backup.
