it's not even close. burger is a cromulent 3B, he's easily an above avg 1st base. Vaughn is an absolute stiff, which at 5-10 is a real problem. He has no range.

Not only is burger better than vaughn at the plate, he's also probably a full win better at 1st over the course of the year.
