So here's what no one has said yet. He will have a choice of teams to go to based on the peripherals. At the very least he can probably fill a last guy out of the bullpen role for a contender. OTOH he had success coming back from an injury with the white sox previously. The White Sox aren't a contending team right now, so coming here would not give him the chance to contend, but he could decide he wants to work with our pitching coach again to see if he can find a groove that gets him 1-2 more seasons. It'll be whatever he wants.
