  13. In the course of reading, I notice when someone makes a mistake. If that means I don't have a life, then I guess I don't have a life. Now, if I was editing their posts, correcting them, and then reposting them, that would be having no life.
  14. Heh...asking for correct spelling and grammar (hey, correct punctuation would be nice too, but beggars can't be choosers) is hardly like being in an english class. It takes 30 seconds to proof-read something. I hardly think you're that busy.
  15. No, not at all. But, on a public forum in which people are going to be reading what you have to say, I feel it's only common courtesy to proof-read what you type before you post it. There's nothing worse than trying to make heads or tails out of a post that is laden with spelling and/or grammatical errors. :fyou people who don't know how to type. Did ya ever think that maybe just maybe we are a wittle too buzy to chex for typin erorrs? or jsut maybe ws do it on prpose to pis you of? Like I told LDF...a likely story.

  18. Yes. Kenny Williams commented after the Twins signed him and basically said that the Sox couldn't offer more at this point. Some people got on him for those comments, but that's just the way it is. Besides, while it would have been nice to add Kenny to fill our #5 hole, I think we've got enough as it is to be more than competitive this season (assuming, of course, our guys come though and play the way we know they're capable of).
  19. I didn't deny that you were correct about Tejada. What I'm denying is that you were aware of your grammatical short-comings prior to my pointing them out to you. news flash. every one knows of my as you say grammatical short coming unlike my other proud parts of me. Well, as you astutely pointed out, I am a "sonny", so I too will soon be privy to your short-comings.
  20. I believe it was a 1-year contract for $1M, with incentives that could have earned him another $500K. I don't remember for certain, though.
