The Angels TV announcers are 1000% absolutely pathetic. They're so bad that I've turned off the TV and I'm now listening to Rooney and Farmer on MLB Radio. Hudler and Physioc sounded like they started having anal sex with each other when Riggs hit that HR last half-inning. Sickening.

Yankees up 6-3 over KC in the bottom of the 7th. Twins on their way to a victory over Cleveland, as they're up 8-2 in the bottom of the 8th.

Horrid call at 3rd. Magglio was very clearly safe there.

In the top of the 7th, the Yankees lead KC 6-1. In the top of the 8th, the Twins are winning 5-2 in Cleveland. I'll update every 15 minutes or so.

My understanding is that Judge didn't voluntarily stop making Beavis & Butthead, it got thrown off the air. I seem to remember hearing about some kid who burned his house down, and cited B&B as the reason why. Then there was a big outrage about it, and that was that. Of course, it's ironic that B&B got thrown off the air for something like that when South Park is 20 times more raunchy than B&B ever was. I guess in the mid-90's, people were a lot more uptight about things on TV. I wish Judge would bring back Beavis and Butthead on an episode of King of the Hill, then spin it back into their own show. Have Anderson walk into a room or something and have him say "Wut in the helllll?", and then the camera pans to Beavis and Butthead, and a legend is reborn. Would be awesome IMO.

I prefer the dramatic win.

Missing the playoffs completely would be most damaging IMO. If we miss the playoffs, there's ZERO chance of retaining our big free agents, and there will likely be some bleak years ahead of us. If we can at least get there, we have a shot at making some noise.

Um...Konerko is the slowest player on our team dude. There's no way he'd beat Frank in a race, and he wouldn't beat Sandy either, who's had 11 friggin' knee operations and is 10 years older. And Frank is in pretty decent shape man -- he's not a "fat ass". "Fat ass" is someone like Mo Vaughn -- not Frank Thomas.

Frank made 1 bad play that I can recall. It was against the Cubs and someone hit a foul pop up, and Frank didn't have his sunglasses on for some reason, and he lost the ball and it fell. Other than that, though, he hasn't made any bad plays, so there is NO reason why he can't be put over there 2, 3, maybe 4 times a week.

WTF? You can't afford around $15? That's pretty sad, heh.

Atlantic City has Donald Trump (one of the true business geniuses in the world -- gone from the outhouse to the penthouse, back to the outhouse, and back to the penthouse once more), but that's about it I'd say. Spend the extra cash on airfare and go to Vegas.

2nd best player in the NFL? Michael Vick? LOL! Talk about overrated. He's better than Favre? Faulk? Warner? Strahan? Moss? Brooks? Tomlinson? Staley? McAllister? I see 18 QB's that had a higher QB Rating (a stat that basically measures the effectiveness of a QB), 18 who threw more more yards, and 19 who threw for more TD's. His rushing totals are obviously #1 for QB's, but that's something that I don't understand -- if he's getting paid to throw the ball, he should not be scrambling on every other play. It increases his chances of getting hurt, and it isn't what is best for the team. For my money, I'd rather have my QB throw for 3,500 yards and rush for around 100 instead of throwing for 2,900 and rushing for nearly 800. Reason for that being against a very good defense (like, say, the Bucs), the rushing strategy is not going to work because they're just too good. Then, you will be forced to go to the pass, and it just doesn't work that way. It works MUCH better if your first option is to pass, then you run if necessary. It doesn't work as well in the reverse. So, long story short, Vick may be one of the most exciting players in the league, but to call him the 2nd best player is not only myopic, it's also flat out incorrect.

The Blackhawks haven't been good since Roenick and Chelios were in their primes...and that's been a long ass time.

Like I was saying to someone earlier, I don't know why something that happened to Tony Saunders doesn't happen to Lima instead. I really dislike him. *Disclaimer -- I'm NOT hoping for him to get hurt, but if someone must get hurt, I think it should be guys like Lima who act like complete unprofessional shmucks*
