Sri Lanka, Myanmar, Congo... we aren't everywhere. Cost/benefit analysis for China here is pretty straightforward. They're risking hostilities with a country that (1) has a tremendous habit of buying their s*** and (2) would absolutely decimate them in any combat situation. What real reason is there for China to piss off the USA? They probably wouldn't like to see NK go down but they are surely unwilling to mess with a few American carrier task forces moping around the area.

Clarification please: Its not fair if dome teams cant play in a dome, because they built their team with that expectation. ---BUT--- It is fair to make outdoor/northern teams play in a dome, even though they build their teams to cope with the elements. Is that what you're trying to say? You say "best playing conditions" like it means the same thing for every team. Optimal conditions are relative, the Green Bay Packers would much rather play with the New Orleans Saints in a snowstorm than in a dome.

Thats exactly the problem, these laws are 150 years old, and they have no place to try them (bear in the mind the USA and China, among others, haven't signed the Rome Statute).

Which internationally recognized human rights are specifically being violated? The only one I can think of off the top of my head would be the 2nd Geneva Convention, and you would have to make a hell of a case to make me really believe this falls under that provision.
