http://www.conservativeunderground.com/for...ead.php?t=24681 Its been a while since I've even been to CU, this is what I found almost immediately.

Yeah whose fault is that?

Dont worry kid, grades dont matter when your mom put you directly on the serial killer career path.
-
So are you, and there's been rare occasions where I've somewhat agreed with what you've said completely out of context.
-
I agree with Judd Gregg, the populism s*** has got to go.

I was making a joke about overused chiches from literature. The resemblance of Ellis Wyatt torching his oil fields and the recent demise of healthcare reform are eerily similar, though. They want to stop the looters without realizing that they are the ones doing the looting. Just ask Alan Greenspan, ugh.

I'm done with the democratic party, which is funny considering 12 months ago I couldn't be more infatuated with them. Couldn't keep being subjected to the will of a screaming minority while my majority that I had waited quite a while to get just took it. There's something to be said for getting beaten to a pulp without throwing back and still be left standing. But they're all face down on the mat while the only signs of life from them are these spastic convulsions that are so depressing to watch you'd rather they just lie still and die. Hard to imagine a party could get a guy like Barack Obama and completely waste that opportunity.

But I still dont get who John Galt is?!

Well s***, if an internet media expert is saying something it's gotta be true. Both Jewish and Liberal media refers to a colossal hidden agenda embedded in almost all mainstream journalism. Somehow, with no discernible motive, all media outlets collectively decided they would only print stories favorable to Jews/liberals. This makes complete sense to a lot of people today as it did then. Hence Jewish/Liberal media are more or less synonyms for the same type of thing. Thankfully FOX rolled in like Paladins on their steeds of integrity on a crusade to purge the blight that is jews and liberals in media.

The result of that mess is going leave a lot of things pretty unrecognizable, blurring the symptoms of economic recovery.

Be careful what you wish for in regards to an Iranian revolution.

Privitization efforts by the City of Chicago

I prefer the Commonwealth Edison example (even though they're actually regulated). Sick of dealing with those bastards? Ok! Enjoy a wonderful six month winter without utilities! -
Privitization efforts by the City of Chicago

Parking meters are probably the least overpriced good/service in the City of Chicago. I've dropped $12 for a pack of cigarettes. Twelve. f***ing. Doll. Ar. S. I know for a fact that isnt the work of the cigarette companies or 7/11 either. -
The past 5 or 6 years have been a direct lead up to an event like we are about to witness with Sarah Palin. Galvanization of punditry for hyper-partisan stupidity has been translating into rating boons for quite a while now, and not because of entertainment value or integrity. They're not even mouthpieces or anything like that anymore, they're the defacto leadership of both political parties. Pundits set the talking points and how they will be utilized, think the 9/12 project. Palin is simply assuming a role leading up to 2012 where she can get maximum support. Palin supporters are absolutely rabid, and if they can destroy one administration (and they have) it'd make sense to believe they could elect the replacement. Palin is the perfect realization of the inevitable outcome in which a politician would be keen enough, or just in the right place at the right time, to take a media role as a vehicle to the president. Sarah Palin is going to get the Republican nomination in 2012 and she's going to win to presidency. Hard to even know what that is going to be like, but the means to that end have been stirring up for quite a while now.

Lol, now that's somewhat funny. The best part of this article is the John McCain quote "I must say that I don't know what's happening here in this body but I think it's wrong."

You aren't even trying kap.

Lieberman cant be bought off. He's secured all this publicity now for being against the bill that if he switched sides now it would anger all the people who now support him. If he takes a bunch of money he's going to change his vote that support would vanish, and it wouldn't be enough to reconcile all the people who are livid at him for being such a weasel. Unless he's a kamikaze mission with no regard to his seat, he's pretty much locked in now. Sanders cant be bought either, but that's because Sanders is a badass senator who just doesn't give a f***.

This is the same contradiction you see when people badmouth the UN. Often (in the same breath) you'll hear how ineffectual and silly the UN is, while at the same time being the collaborative work of the most diabolically brilliant minds on the planet. It doesn't make sense.
-
Why are you always so convinced of an ulterior motive? Do you really think 100 people sat down and worked out this crazy plan where 41 of them were going to vote against the bill and 59 of them would vote for it. So then in an effort to secure all necessary votes a bunch of senators would get fat paychecks for their constituents. But, for how incredibly complicated a plan like that is and how organized/intelligent those 100 people would need to be, they write a terrible healthcare bill for yucks just to say they passed something so they can all get reelected. I think the US Senate are much better at their jobs than people give them credit for (especially individually), but I can assure you that body doesn't work well together on anything... much less a crazy tinfoil hat plan like what you're suggesting.

I used to like McCaskill, but she proving herself more and more to not be what I thought she was. Bond says some dumb things, but he's a pretty alright guy.
-
This is about Coburn (R-OK) not Dr. Coburn. Franken has actually been pretty consistent and respectful so far, nothing great and nothing bad.
-
Does anybody disagree with Lugar and Fiengold as the two best senators in the US?
-
Trying to keep it subjective from a partisan POV. Unless somebody is like, pro killing gays or something absolutely nuts, its kind of irrelevant as to how well they do their jobs.
-
I'm not holding anything McCain did in the presidential election or leading up to it against him.
