sin city sox fan

QUOTE (GreenSox @ May 29, 2015 -> 11:57 PM) He stroke seems more compact. Maybe the Angels corrected than in that 6 weeks he was there. I believe they did. Play him everyday and I believe he could win the triple crown.

Any progress been made on this situation? I know that Ventura is limiting his playing time in order to try and drive his price down. However, we need Beckham playing every night and tonight's game shows why that is the case. Open the checkbook, lock him up, and lets start a quest to a World Series championship in 2015.

Ugggghhhh....two innings where Beckham could have won the game for us and he's left to get splinters in his ass

Why is Beckham not hitting for Gillaspie?

Let Beckham bat this inning!

I'm disappointed that Robin didn't give Beckham a chance to win this game in the bottom of the 9th.

Attaboy Beckham......its really about time we get him signed to a long term contract. Not sure what Hahn is waiting for.

QUOTE (Jake @ May 14, 2015 -> 12:44 PM) I may freak out if Gordon becomes the full-time starting 2B That would be awesome. Hope it comes with a long term extension!

QUOTE (BigHurt3515 @ May 10, 2015 -> 06:40 PM) Is this suppose to be a joke? I don't get it. The only joke is how Greg Walker almost ruined this guy's career. Now that he's overcome the bad habits instilled by our old hitting coach and is truly reaching his potential, I'd like to make sure he's in a White Sox uniform for the rest of his career.

QUOTE (greg775 @ May 10, 2015 -> 07:24 PM) I'd sign Beckham for a two-year deal 5 million a year. I think we all would....but there's no way he's signing a deal that low.

QUOTE (Alexeihyeess @ May 10, 2015 -> 07:04 PM) If Beckham signs an 8 year $75 million deal tomorrow I'm jumping off a building. I'd be happy....but not happy enough to do something crazy like that.

It's obvious by now that we got a steal on Gordo for 2015 with only a $2 million dollar salary (its scary to think where this team would be without him). However, if we don't extend him soon, he's going to be too pricey for us in 2016 and beyond. Give him a 6-8 year deal now worth $75-100 million and lets secure the face of the franchise for the foreseeable future.

QUOTE (BigHurt3515 @ May 6, 2015 -> 09:45 PM) Let's not get ahead of ourselves here If we don't tie him up now, he may end up out of our price range.

QUOTE (Heads22 @ May 6, 2015 -> 09:43 PM) Despite the result there, I like the new Beckham He has turned into a helluva ballplayer. We need to get him signed to a long term contract.

I believe this season can turn around with a change in manager....I just don't know if his superiors have the nads to make the move.

How do you let a .234 hitter go 3 for 3?????

Can we resign Brian Anderson? He'd have to be as good in the rotation as Danks is.

If Scott Carroll can pitch the next 6.2 without any runs, we'll only need to score 7 to win. We've almost scored that many in the past week so anything is possible.

Everyone needs to stay away from games during this next homestand. If the gate is small enough, maybe the organization will recognize the how pissed off the fan base is and fire Robin while we still have a chance to correct this mess. Let's bring back Ozzie before its too late.

At least Danks is working on a shutout. If he can keep it up, we'll only need to score 1 to win.

f*** a duck

QUOTE (chitownsportsfan @ May 2, 2015 -> 02:53 PM) YOU MUST HAVE MISSED THE HOME RUN THAT WENT INCHES FOUL. Jesus. Unless they've changed the rules, foul balls can't be home runs.

Great AB Tyler! Lets make em pay now!

QUOTE (WhiteSoxLifer @ Apr 29, 2015 -> 01:31 PM) Would be just the luck to be the first mlb game in history to be played with out fans and the sox have a perfect game or no hitter thrown against them lol Lets spice things up and have a bench clearing brawl!

I had a bad feeling that today was going to be like this....you leave a team in the middle of a war zone for two days and they are bound to come out rattled.
