  1. QUOTE (ChiSox_Sonix @ Mar 30, 2010 -> 01:24 PM) It's also beyond his control if Ozzie uses him inappropriately. That was kind of the comparison I was going for there with the Wise situation. I agree with this. Although Kotsay was once an extremely talented player, Wise was always nothing more than a minor league guy
  2. QUOTE (justBLAZE @ Mar 30, 2010 -> 01:00 PM) What roles is that? DH against RHP and 1B/OF sub ? Bench sub, spot starter, pinch hitter. QUOTE (sayitaintso @ Mar 30, 2010 -> 01:18 PM) Even though this has absolutely nothing to do with the topic, I like the Silversun Pickups reference KyYlE. Love them. Cannot wait for something new
  3. QUOTE (ChiSox_Sonix @ Mar 30, 2010 -> 12:41 PM) Or Mark Kotsay I am fine with Kotsay as long as he plays the role he is supposed to play. My problem with Linebrink is that he cannot do that with any sort of consistency, and when he goes bad, he goes really bad
  4. Who is the odds on favorite to be the Soxtalk whipping boy this year? Linebrink looks like he has a big early lead
  5. QUOTE (Heads22 @ Mar 30, 2010 -> 10:48 AM) I love me some Paulie nubbers lol
  6. yeah Orton is bigtime face right now. I dont know when it happened, but it did. And he is Austin type face where he is still a "bad" guy and people love him
  7. QUOTE (chw42 @ Mar 30, 2010 -> 09:49 AM) Ridiculous... Why can't we get some love here? Did you see the allstar game last year? Or the playoffs in 05? Obama has given plenty of love. He has some duties and pretending to support DC sports is one of them. GWB did it too I believe
  8. QUOTE (BigSqwert @ Mar 30, 2010 -> 08:39 AM) The Raiders will continue to suck as long as Al Davis is alive. As a fan, I'd love to see a competent QB in the backfield to at least pull off an occasional upset against division rivals. It's all I have to look forward to. *sigh* I am not fully convinced he is still technically alive. I think he may be a zombie at this point, especially given his recent photos
  9. QUOTE (The Critic @ Mar 30, 2010 -> 08:08 AM) Hogan probably just wants him back for one match, so Shawn can comically over-sell Hogan's offense like he did before. Was it a mania match that HBK over sold it and let Hogan win, and after the countout he posed with hogan all around the ring only to give him sweet chin music right after they hammed it up in the middle of the ring?
  10. QUOTE (Balta1701 @ Mar 30, 2010 -> 08:21 AM) I feel like the Redskins dump a bunch of money on people with no plan and have it blow up repeatedly. I feel like the raiders dump money on people in a deliberate effort to end those players careers. Doesn't it have to be on purpose at this point with them? If you factor in Al Davis being completely bats*** crazy and still making all of the decisions, yes, it seems like it is completely on purpose at this point.
  11. I think it would take a lot more than adding McNabb to make the Raiders good. They have been the Redskins of the AFC, throwing money around aimlessly with no rhyme or reason, no cohesion, no idea of where they are going.
  12. QUOTE (T R U @ Mar 30, 2010 -> 02:22 AM) I have a hard time seeing him ever return, not that he couldn't but because I honestly think he wont do it.. Whats the over/under on TNA inquiring.. lolz Hogan will probably go on BTLS and say he signed him already like he did with Goldberg
  13. QUOTE (fathom @ Mar 29, 2010 -> 10:15 PM) I really liked that HBK speech, seemed more genuine than most. He left the door to a comeback just a tiny crack open, but it seemed pretty genuine I agree

QUOTE (Brian @ Mar 29, 2010 -> 04:12 PM) Take this man's Admin powers away. in a month he will be telling us all how great the next Tyler Perry movie is, so just dont mind him
  15. I actually thought that was hilarious of Cena and quite good sportsmanship.
  16. QUOTE (Balta1701 @ Mar 29, 2010 -> 08:39 AM) Not what we were saying. SF1 suggested that Bosh would want to go somewhere that he would be "The man", the #1 option. I responded by noting...if he's the #1 option, the best that team is going to do is compete for the bottom of the playoff hunt every year. Oh I see. I agree, if he wants to be the man somewhere, he probably would be in a situation similar to what he has now. If he wants to join the Bulls, it would immediately improve his current situation(IMO)
  17. QUOTE (Balta1701 @ Mar 29, 2010 -> 07:49 AM) Does it matter if you're "The man" on a team that is fighting for the 8th spot every year? If the bulls were able to add Bosh I think they would be much better than just fighting for the 8th spot every year. Im not saying tops in the east, but i think they would be much more competitive
  18. I forgot to say last night, HBK's backflip onto taker on the announcers table was sick.
  19. Happy Birthday old softball guy
  20. It was a fun show, I really dont have any complaints about this Wrestlemania. The first few matches were really quick, that would be my only point of contention
  21. QUOTE (SHIPPS @ Mar 28, 2010 -> 08:04 PM) Fcuker I am not falling for that one again. I felt sorry for you last time and learned you are a butthead. LOL Congrats kyle, I love you more than anyone on this earth. The day after you get engaged, this means so much to me
