The downside of that is many of them didn't have the mic skills or flashiness most guys had and have since. Thus the need for aging wrestlers who could talk well to become managers. I think Flair's career would be enhanced by becoming a heel manager, and it would help guys who can't work well on the mic. Flair talking so Batista and Orton don't have to??? Count me in!! I know Ric doesn't have to do anything after Sunday and his legacy is solid, but if he wants to stick around it would be great for the business to keep him in a prominent role. I haven't seen LCR around here for quite some time. That surprises me, especially in an election year. He must be too busy with his personal or school schedules. havent seen much of Aboz either recently

Im going to remain my usual optimistic self and say the Sox go 92-70 and surprise everyone. Slam me if you please, I dont really care to argue, I just would rather hope that they are going to do well than dwell on thinking that they are gonna suck. I have a similar feeling to this year that i had in 2005, i dont know whats going to happen, but I dont have a sinking feeling about the season like I did last year.

Hmmmm, I worked at a radio station in southern illinois(Rowand44 probably listens to it), and my friend had a show on Valentines Day, but we were single at the time. So my friend told me to grab two cases of beer and come in with my other roommate. We got wasted and told stories about ex's. My ex girlfriend and I had just broken up and I was still a mess, so i got hammered and started telling stories, pretty explicit stories, about us. Everyone who knows us knew exactly who I was talking about, and she called my boss and tried to get me fired, and it almost worked. I am usually pretty good about not getting into too much trouble when i am drunk. Although, the summer I turned 21, me and my roommate turned into bar kleptomaniacs. If it wasnt nailed to the wall, we would figure out a way to get it home. We took bar steins, concert posters, those big plastic posters for drink specials, drink strainers, everything. We never got caught, but one day we just stopped

You know, the Sox(Reinsdorf particularly) take a shot in this article for being hypocritical for letting Fernandez walk and signing Albert Belle, but Fernandez' arm completely fell apart after the 97 season, he didnt even pitch in the World Series IIRC, and he only pitched in 64 games from 1997 until he retired after 2000. And that is including taking off the 98 season to recover. However, the return value for McDowell and Raines was inexcusable, I have no idea what Schueler was thinking
