West Chicago is a pretty decent sized town with a lot of neighborhoods, which one are we talking about here? I have friends that live in that town and they are in a very nice area near Prince Crossing road, I went to high school in west Chicago for my freshman year and went to middle school at Benjamin in west Chicago and the area was pretty nice around my middle school also. what I am roundabout getting at is these anecdotal fear posts about where people live and the crime that is happening in those places suck. Illinois isn't some icky pool of crime, Greg. People aren't getting carjacked every ten seconds and your weird obsession with it from way out in Kansas is super strange

It very well could have been the sticky stuff. I thought mlb was going to be allowing them to use an approved version of that this season, which wasn't as adhesive as the spidertack but moreso than rosin

Who should Sox fear the most, CLE or Minny?

Cool, I just want to make sure it's ok with you if I also complain about the manager being inept -

Bill Simmons tears in the morning ?

Detroit looks really rough but what they have on the field wasn't the plan. They wanted their young rotation to grow together and instead they all got injured together

Shocking to us all

Why be mad at everyone who holds this team to a higher standard? These are bullshit results, we all know this team is better than this. How good? Not totally sure, but this is not what anyone expected. Getting mad at other fans is a waste of your energy when the manager is quite literally losing games for them with bad decisions

Like I said before, Ron doesn't understand his superpower. He could solve this losing problem by creating the right thread

Soxtalk TMZ - Tim Anderson knocked up a woman that isn't his wife

None of this would have happened if they left the goose in right field -
That absolutely kicked it off, not very different from the Fire Garpax chants. It sucks that we have to get stupid rowdy in order to affect change
-
I have to say that it does feel different this week. The old heads that all had Tony's back aren't able to defend what he has been doing, Heyman talked about replacing him on the score this morning and it usually takes a lot for him to say something of that nature. Bruce tried to calm it all down but it just came off as normal Bruce caping

The Yermin stuff alone was a lot. There hasn't been one huge incident like that yet until the Seager 1-2 IBB, just a steady flow of stupidity

53 pages. In two months

Old enough to remember tex not getting the post bit and arguing with someone else 8 posts into the thread lol
-
It was such a long blob of bad basketball with a few bright spots shining through. It's hard to say who was normal bad with all of them. Ffs we had two Jim Boylen/Boylans
-
Lmao the bulls have an entire coaching staff in this list, you could argue Hoiberg was in the same list because that guy couldn't adjust to anything
-
I got my armchair psychologist license years ago, so we are good
-
Old enough to remember when Tony blamed Yermin for hitting a 3-0 ball into the stands during a blowout, then let him get hit by the Twins pitcher the next day with zero repercussions
-
We could and should do a "old enough to remember" thread about Tony. No replies to other posts, just your recollection of a stupid moment or decision. I think we could easily get that to 3 pages with only memories of fucked up decisions

Leury Garcia - Tony La Russa and Rick Hahn and beyond....

Why are we bolding things here and there
