The guy does nothing but post videos of him working out in the off-season, look at the man he is super cut. I don't think a one day music video shoot ruined his conditioning. Now maybe he should start working on flexibility over building muscle but the idea that this one music video somehow made him injury prone is laughable

With the added salt in the wound of playing Leury for the third straight game. Leury is 1 for his last 20, 4 for his last 29. It's wonderful

SOX GT 6/24 - BEGINNING OF A 3 GAME WIN STREAK
Kyyle23 replied to he gone.'s topic in 2022 Season in Review
Could be not related at all, or the reason for it, but has anyone noticed how many times Kopech lands his front foot and looks down at the mound like something is off? And to be honest he is far from the only one, Bryan Baker from the orioles fell off the mound last night landing his foot in basically the same spot. I dunno, I really notice it with Kopech pitching and I wonder if it is affecting his throwing motion trying to avoid it -
They know. Whether they actually do something about it is debatable, but those guys understand the gate. This is the same team that makes us sit in rain for two hours before calling a game to pick up some concession sales

Apathy is far worse than anger from us fans, and we are about there with no signs of backing up

Having seen the worst of the filibuster you couldn't be more wrong if you tried. Again, sorry for the "overreach" but you will have to find that discussion elsewhere

No, actually that makes some sense Dusty, avoiding the big hitter when the count is not in your favor. That's not what Tony did

No we aren't, and that's why it's gone. There are other forums outside of Soxtalk for political talk, you can find them I'm sure

It's not necessary to go 15-5, that's a bit dramatic. Nobody in October is going to be like "if they only went 15-5 in July and showed they were a good team...." how the team is playing in September is what matters to me, of course with the caveat of being in playoff contention

Mendick, Engel, and (maybe) Robert leave with injuries

Everything is awesome. Everything is cool where you're part of the team. -
It looks like he is pulling the ball down and to the left from the centerfield camera, and unless his release is perfect the ball does not go where he wants

Gios delivery mechanic is not right and has not been right for a long time

I say let's see that stance for more than a month before we can complain about it

He isn't hitting anyone this season and most of last season and that is pretty concerning considering the firepower surrounding him in that lineup and the park he plays in. He should be feasting and he is anything but. I'm not hoping for them to trade for a LH bat so I can say he has a good glove

God I hope Gallo washes out of the league so I never have to see someone want his worthless ass on the Sox again

Who should Sox fear the most, CLE or Minny?
Kyyle23 replied to caulfield12's topic in Pale Hose Talk
I dunno I don't keep track of those things. Not important -

West Chicago is a pretty decent sized town with a lot of neighborhoods, which one are we talking about here? I have friends that live in that town and they are in a very nice area near Prince Crossing road, I went to high school in west Chicago for my freshman year and went to middle school at Benjamin in west Chicago and the area was pretty nice around my middle school also. what I am roundabout getting at is these anecdotal fear posts about where people live and the crime that is happening in those places suck. Illinois isn't some icky pool of crime, Greg. People aren't getting carjacked every ten seconds and your weird obsession with it from way out in Kansas is super strange

It very well could have been the sticky stuff. I thought mlb was going to be allowing them to use an approved version of that this season, which wasn't as adhesive as the spidertack but moreso than rosin
