  1. We need to get Cash Considerations jerseys
  2. I'm excited either way if that comes out about Machado or Harper
  3. I'm not the one leaving out the numbers here. All I did was add Machados OPS in the same season that you added to your declaration that Harper is the one as I said earlier, I wouldn't kick either out of bed. But Machados glove and similar offensive production put both on equal ground as far as I'm concerned
  4. Harper has two seasons right at .800(.814 and .817) so let's not act like his numbers are head and shoulders better than Manny.
  5. I definitely would take both and I don't see either as clearly better than the other
  6. It's strange that you would list the above two seasons of harpers OPS as if they are superior seasons without showing Machado OPS You also aren't really showing how much Harper wildly swings back at forth in his OPS from year to year, from .768 in 2014 to 1.109 in 2015 and then dropping back to .814 again.

How many of you guys are playing Golf Clash on your phone? And if you are playing, then why aren't you joining the best soxtalk clan out there?
  8. Honest question, the top ten guys in the first two years you mentioned, how long were their careers after those max inning seasons? I'm not trying to set you up, I genuinely do not know. If those guys throwing all of those innings and CGs aren't lasting much longer, I would say it is shortening the life on their arms If my pitcher threw 20 CGs and washed out of the league two years later due to blowing out his arm, I wouldn't call that a good strategy
  9. Cameron Payne is a championship level PG
  10. So your solution is to force pitchers to pitch longer and shorten the life on their arms all of the pitchers you named above are simply freaks in their generation. Teams are trying to preserve their attractions by working to their strengths and managing the game from then on. Baseball has a player marketing problem not a starting pitching problem
  11. And do good. Real good
  12. Insider speak right here
  13. You know, when you are right you are right. And You, You are right.
  14. Relitigating 1959-1985 is exactly where I saw this going
  15. Wow. Impressive bump
  16. Finding out what his day to day travel was, I can't imagine it was really that difficult of a decision even with his love for the organization and sport. Getting home at 3am after a 7pm previous day start? GTFOH
  17. Clearly it's Engel
  18. It's gonna be like a wwe ppv contract signing. There will be table on a stage, Rick will come out of one side with a briefcase, sit down at the table, Jim Ross will start screaming "OH MAH GAWD ITS MACHADO" and Manny will walk out of the other side of the stage and sit down and sign the contract. SURPRISE HARPER RUN IN AFTER THE CONTRACT IS HELD HIGH
  19. I agree with this analysis
  20. But notional value
  21. Lol I can't even jokingly make fun of it. I went on a week long canoe trip up there on the boundary waters and Superior was a pretty awesome sight on the drive up. The entire trip was like a north woods advertisement gone supernova
  22. Well they have both
