so you think because Pace hasnt put his big board out there for everyone to see, he doesnt have a contingency plan, and you base this on your(and pretty much everyone elses) remedial understanding of the cap and where the Bears stand now. "She should have reported it earlier" "She shouldnt have been wearing that outfit" In the end, you rarely hear "he shouldnt have raped her"
