i really dont understand what Rizzo is doing. This bullpen construction looks like a rebuilding team throwing together a pen, not a team that has a playoff worthy offense and starting pitching

Umm where is the Incomplete option, since a rebuild is not finished 3 months into the first season of a rebuild
