The guys work is what drew the criticism. Last year was abjectly awful, there is no other way to describe it. He was ranked one of the worst broadcasters in the league, and constantly was on embarrassing replays. That’s not unjust criticism, he earned that also, pretty lame of you to drop race into the discussion as if anyone ever mentioned anything like that in criticism
