QUOTE (Buehrle>Wood @ Dec 7, 2014 -> 04:49 PM) Complains about Vince mcmahon....then goes and works for Dana White. Lol I dont agree with you that everything Punk said in the podcast was lies, but I do agree that this is really flying in the face of a lot of things he complained about. Especially him being bitter about part timers like the Rock and Batista coming in and getting main events while he worked year round and was screwed at Mania. He just leapfrogged a lot of MMA fighters who have been trying to scale the ladder, and only because he knows Dana and he is a "name"

QUOTE (GreenSox @ Dec 8, 2014 -> 08:21 AM) Oh, yea, we work well together. Give them Durham for free. Trade Foulke for Koch. Trade 3/5 to prospects for that elite bat, Swisher. Sure, Williams was always willing to pile on prospects, and that worked very well for Beane. Well, they took Dunn. So, all previous bad trades forgiven -

QUOTE (TheTruth05 @ Dec 8, 2014 -> 05:17 AM) That demo was really pretty but I hope it's not just alot of grass and a big map. Open world and a huge map has so much potential for that game that they need to make all the villages bigger I'd say. I also like how you don't have to control the horse as you shoot arrows or other things. Loved the slo mo attack off the horse. And he was parachuting with the sailcloth, maybe the red dragon boat makes an appearance

QUOTE (Soxfest @ Dec 5, 2014 -> 04:56 PM) http://411mania.com/wrestling/wwe-news-ben...-surgery-legit/ Talk about over the top, WWE has no problem making money off Benoit on the network. I thought Benoit has made as subtle as possible on the network, and only is shown when necessary

QUOTE (Soxfest @ Dec 5, 2014 -> 01:27 PM) According to Busted Open Radio, Sting’s performer’s contract with WWE is for a total of just six appearances. That appearance list includes the one at Survivor Series, meaning that he has five left. Obviously, one of those will be WrestleMania 31, so he will work four more dates leading up to the show. so we probably wont hear much from him until mid-february. But who knows, these contracts change, and lets face it there are a lot of holes in this leaky ship that WWE is running. They could use some good press

QUOTE (caulfield12 @ Dec 5, 2014 -> 11:21 AM) Except for the fact that Fister's a much better pitcher with a super solid track record in Detroit. Cost savings...there's that. Im talking about after the fact, after realizing that Robbie Ray was a terrible return for Fister. I understand that Fister is the better option for Detroit, and I am sure they do as well. At least they were able to move past the mistake and put someone in their rotation that can be there every 5th day. Plus, Greene had a nice season last year. -

QUOTE (Jenksismyb**** @ Dec 5, 2014 -> 10:53 AM) That is such an overblown talking point. Dump off passes and screens provide the same space. Forte was a monster the first half of the season. edit: and what a criticism - forcing Cutler to throw the ball to Marshall, Jeffrey and Bennett, three of the best weapons in the entire league. Look, im not absolving Cutler of blame here. He has not had a good season. But the Bears frittered away the Buffalo game by trying to pass all over the place and didnt run at all in the second half to control the score and the clock. Im sorry you feel that Jay is the only one who deserves blame in that loss, and he certainly deserves some, but not all. -

QUOTE (SoxPride18 @ Dec 5, 2014 -> 10:43 AM) That Fister deal is a train wreck lol. To be honest, the Tigers have makde some pretty dumb trades recently. They did just receive Shane Greene back in this trade though, which will effectively replace the starting spot that was vacated by Fister. So, they actually did do well fixing a problem that they unnecessarily created, imo -

QUOTE (Jenksismyb**** @ Dec 5, 2014 -> 10:43 AM) Jay didn't start well. He lost the first game of the season by being a moron. You can also point to the Bears completely abandoning the run game in that first game as a good reason they lost -
Maybe The Sox Don't Need Another Starter and Reliever

QUOTE (Chicago White Sox @ Dec 5, 2014 -> 10:25 AM) I'm sorry, but your theory loses all credibility at "oh poor pitcher". Ignoring the increased likelihood of injury that throwing in-game side sessions would result in is ridiculous. I don't care what some "old-timers" were able to years ago, most pitchers today are not conditioned to handle that much additional stress. IMO, this strategy would likely be an epic disaster. I think the underlying concept makes some sense, but you can't force the human body to do something it's incapable of. Pitchers would break down and then you're running out replacement level talent which would more than offset any benefit of the original plan. Plus, old timers were not nearly the investments that they are now. If a guy blew out his arm, see ya. Now, it is a loss for the team for years, money spent on contract and surgery and rehab, and merely hoping that he can get back to where he was. -

QUOTE (ptatc @ Dec 5, 2014 -> 09:13 AM) I don't know, John shoop is in the team picture. Shoop can at least say he participated in the playoffs. Shea was snuffed out and exterminated rather quickly -

Just an FYI, the Bears tied and then passed the highest amount of passing touchdowns allowed in a season last night. -
QUOTE (Brian @ Dec 5, 2014 -> 05:33 AM) This looks awful. The guy they got to play Reese is one of the worst actors I have ever seen. Hope I am wrong. The CGI in 1991 looked better. Agreed, it looks embarrassingly bad

QUOTE (StrangeSox @ Dec 4, 2014 -> 10:01 PM) No turnovers from Jay tonight but he missed some big throws. And of course can't get any run game going against a bad run defense. ORLY
