we suck. they took advantage of all those wlks and we couldn't score with a runner on second and nobody out. this team gets your hopes up and then breaks it. we suck.

With the way Hermy was pitching lately and not being as affective as he was the first 4 months of the season this comes as to no suprise. Whatever helps our chances I dont care what your name is.

. We cant afford to lose this one.

El Duque is not pitching well and he does not make me feel we have a shot at winning the ballgame when he trots the mound. I'll pass on El Duque and would love to see McCarthy take his spot in the rotation and I would not want Duque starting a playoff game, if we make it.

Pods is our best player for leadoff even with his struggles. We cant move our RBI guys to leadoff.

I just think this guy melts down in the really big games or atleast lately. He cannot be an ace of A staff. I mean he can cause its management's decision but he does not pitch like a ''stopper'' and doesn't have the focus sometimes. He still needs to mature and be able to pitch brilliantly in the games we need him to, like today for example.

thats not good. I remember he had like 45-50 steals before he got injured and was out for the extended period of time but he is still getting caught on the bases.

So im guessing we lost. I dont really watch the games anymore right now. The recent play is too pathtic that i've decided to not watch the games so i dont have to go through the agony. Pretty sad that we lost two out of three to the Royals though, both days with Garcia and Buerhle on the mound.

I can't wait until the season is over. Im not even sure we make it to the playoffs but this just makes any Sox fan sick to watch this for some 18 games left.

Our pitching is falling apart and defense seems to get 2 errors a game and who knows how many runs the Sox will score in a game. PATHETIC.

Hermanson is not as effective as before earlier in the season. PLAIN AND SIMPLE. 4 consecutive hits. :headshake
