  1. QUOTE (Soxbadger @ Oct 15, 2012 -> 10:14 PM) False. Um. Very, very true. The fact that I can take the court makes me better.
  2. QUOTE (Felix @ Oct 15, 2012 -> 09:48 PM) This is kind of amazing, but since RZZZA has started posting in here (coincidentally around the same time I stopped regularly posting in here... lucky me), the thread has somehow gotten worse. I don't know how that's even possible, but And, just for the record, he still isn't. I'm better than D-Rose right now.
  3. QUOTE (RZZZA @ Oct 15, 2012 -> 03:21 PM) You've never encountered a person who was a big fan of a player who wasn't a superstar before? I'm the first? I love Lu. I love him. If I was a female I'd let him have my babies. If that makes me crazy then I'm crazy. P.S. I got an A in critical thinking I've been a big fan of many non-star players. I'm also realistic and don't elevate them to God-status x3 simply because I have some silly infatuation with them.
  4. I am so tired of Darren McFadden that I dealt off my depth and him for an upgrade. Darren McFadden Reggie Wayne Doug Martin for Arian Foster Ben Tate Randall Cobb
  5. QUOTE (RZZZA @ Oct 15, 2012 -> 03:12 PM) lol Steve! You're trying a little too hard to insult me. Why you no like me? I like you. Oh stop it. You clearly consider anyone not holding pom-poms 24/7 to be a bad fan. You also think Luol Deng is God's gift to basketball when he's barely above average, especially with one arm. These things irk me and make me doubt your critical thinking ability.

  7. QUOTE (2nd_city_saint787 @ Oct 15, 2012 -> 02:41 PM) Thats me who can see him as the future SG. Preseason don't mean squat, if he develops into a more consistent player then he most certainly could be a starting caliber player. In my opinion anyway. Oh, then my apologies. It does not bode well for that opinion that I got it confused with RZZZA. The only thing Belinelli has going for himself is he looks like a young Sly Stallone.
  8. QUOTE (KyYlE23 @ Oct 15, 2012 -> 02:12 PM) has Bellinelli hit a shot yet this preseason? RZZZA feels he's a huge upgrade and shout start at the 2. Always listen to RZZZA, he's the only true fan.
  9. I love Zoom thinking an argument can be made against RZZZA. Here is an exclusive photo of RZZZA unearthed by Flapship Sports & Pop Culture.
  10. QUOTE (RZZZA @ Oct 15, 2012 -> 12:13 PM) Deng has played with the bench for the past 3 years, is this your first time watching the Bulls? Kirk got passed over because he was injured and because the Hawks had a young promising PG named Jeff Teague they wanted to groom. Naz being starting caliber is very wishful thinking, granted. But his offense is definitely a lot better than Asiks was. Naz can actually hit a 15 foot J.
  11. QUOTE (RZZZA @ Oct 15, 2012 -> 09:56 AM) No he doesn't, he's gonna be getting double doubles for us this year Kirk has 3 double doubles in his last two seasons (120 games), and 49 in his 634 career games. So yeah, he might have two or three.

QUOTE (Jenksismyb**** @ Oct 15, 2012 -> 09:48 AM) Yeah, I guess I am jumping the gun a little there. I thought the "rules" they had set up prior was that since everyone carries the zombie disease, wants you're bitten you become undead. But I also find it hard to believe that an old man can (1) withstand losing half a leg and that much blood and (2) would be able to stay alive in that world on crutches. But I guess we'll see. Yeah - good points. Also, we've realized over the first two hit/miss seasons that sometimes the rules are bent when convenient!

QUOTE (Jenksismyb**** @ Oct 15, 2012 -> 09:39 AM) Walking Dead was much better from last year. Thank you writers for having the characters actually do something during an episode. Though RIP Herschel. Your veterinarian ...er...surgical/general medical care skills will be missed. Is he RIP? We're lead to believe that lopping his leg off may save him? I didn't read the comics, and I don't really want to know the answer, but it was f***ing nasty/awesome nonetheless.

QUOTE (JoeCoolMan24 @ Oct 14, 2012 -> 02:44 PM) It was actually a sincere observation. Thursdays episode didn't feel different than any other episode in previous seasons. The show is always corny and goes for cheap jokes and one-liners. I've never even considered the performance from the actors, and the way he said "the Jenny character." made me think he is not a regular viewer of the show. But it's cool, I'll probably be forced to block you at some point soon anyway, since you clearly have a problem with me and are trying to bait me. Or I can just report you, like you reported me. Look who's talking 4.

QUOTE (JoeCoolMan24 @ Oct 13, 2012 -> 05:10 PM) You must not watch the show regularly. Whoa! I'm shocked you replied with a rude comment.
  17. QUOTE (Jake @ Oct 13, 2012 -> 11:37 PM) Didn't enjoy it? I'm finally getting out to the movies tomorrow and I was thinking of seeing it after seeing all the positive reviews. It's great. You'll get the joke after you see it.
  18. QUOTE (chw42 @ Oct 13, 2012 -> 10:50 PM) Argo f*** yourself. Argo f*** yourself. What a great movie.
  19. The ball movement from the second team is akin to a rec league game. Brutal.
  20. QUOTE (Jose Paniagua @ Oct 12, 2012 -> 04:13 PM) Chicago metro area: 10 million Detroit metro area: 3.7 million A couple considerations -- lets say you reduce parking for all games, then you are losing all that parking $ generated for the surefire winners (i.e. hosting the Cubs). What if the team is awful? Then you just lost all the money for those well-attended games that are a sure bet...AND you lose in general overall attendance. Point being - a sharp decrease in prices ain't happening. We are what we are -- a giant city with a lot of potential interest, but as of yet, not enough truly interested people. Chicago MLB Teams: 2 Detroit MLB Teams: 1
  21. QUOTE (witesoxfan @ Oct 11, 2012 -> 03:26 PM) Just in time for the World Series Ha, I was going to say that.
  22. Lower the price of tickets and parking. I shouldn't have to pay $25 to park at a Sox/Royals game coming from the West Suburbs. If they were just smart and lowered the price for the less in demand games for that and parking (a lot of their fandom resides in suburbs and Indiana), then they'd get a lot more attendance and it wouldn't look so pathetic on television.
  23. QUOTE (justBLAZE @ Oct 11, 2012 -> 07:16 PM) Any easier way of streaming HD quality video/audio from PC to TV than 'WiDi' which would require me to buy a new laptop? Have you tried PlayOn?
