I'm starting to think that SOA sucks now.

I'm doing hot yoga tonight (and weekly moving forward) to prep my old (29 year old) body for the coming basketball season. Anyone have experience with this? I'm looking forward to the experience.

I'm only offering up two options here with Gordon Beckham - he's either the White Sox' everyday 2B next year, or we replace him. He had a nice September, unlike the rest of our roster, but the OPS was still horrendous. Dude can field a baseball, though. Some comparative statistics across 23 qualified MLB second basemen.
