QUOTE (RZZZA @ Oct 10, 2012 -> 11:40 AM) Lu being healthy again makes me happy. Lu never had surgery. Enjoy him shooting 41% again and being achy all year.

Seeing Kirk out there last night without Derrick Rose was like living a f***ing nightmare where I was sent back in time to watch .500 Bulls basketball.

Sons of Anarchy Jumped the Shark with that Walton Goggins idea.

QUOTE (KyYlE23 @ Oct 10, 2012 -> 08:40 AM) Do you have enough WR depth to stash Alshon for a month? QB Eli Manning WR Roddy White WR Dwayne Bowe WR Reggie Wayne RB Alfred Morris RB Darren McFadden TE Jason Witten W/R/T Doug Martin BN TE Fred Davis BN WR Alshon Jeffery BN WR Denarius Moore BN RB Evan Royster BN QB Jay Cutler BN RB William Powell DEF New England DEF Minnesota (I normally just employ a rotating defense based on who plays the s***tiest opponent, be they on my roster or in free agency). Deep league with 12 teams and that many players rostered, but with my starting wideouts, Alshon and Moore are strictly bye week usages unless either steps up and wants to be good enough to fill that W/R/T permanently. I like throwing a RB there because you can normally count on at least 6-10 points.

Sorry, I have too much Justified to watch to think that s*** was funny or entertaining or what the f***.

Was that f***ING Walton Goggins on Sons of Anarchy? I will vomit immediately!

I'm very pleased with myself for a post week 1 deal where I'd seen enough of Dez Bryant to remember why he annoyed me all last season. I dealt Dez Bryant and the Law Firm for Reggie Wayne, Doug Martin, and Alshon Jeffery. The RBs are a wash (bad), but Reggie has been beastmode. Also, Alshon stepped up for me in the bye week and got that TD.

QUOTE (witesoxfan @ Oct 9, 2012 -> 02:01 PM) The Packers have struggled, but they've been banged up and have gotten hosed on some pretty blatant calls thus far. I don't think Rodgers is quite as good as he showed last year, but he is still a great player and having him on the team will give them a shot in any game. Beside that, Clay Matthews is still a terror and always will be. He can pretty much come at you from whereever and really creates sacks for others around him too. I still have the Packers as a top 10 team in the league. Compared to the rest of the league, the Packers actually have been quite healthy. That being said, I still fear them greatly.

With !uno! Green Day has succeeded in creating an album that sounds like one endless song. Seriously, every song of theirs is the same now.

QUOTE (Rowand44 @ Oct 8, 2012 -> 08:24 AM) So in my league you start a qb, wr, wr, rb, rb, flex, te, k, def. The people that matter on my team as of now are: Brees Andre Johnson Brandon Lloyd Vincent Jackson Lance Moore James Jones Marshawn Gore Alfred Morris Tony Gonzalez Texans Def I'm thinking this would be a good time to try and move Gore, no? Preferably for a WR given I don't trust Jackson/Moore/Jones long-term.

Compared to what was expected of AJ Pierzynski this year, anything less than an A is completely wrong. The man played improved defense and had career highs in OPS and homers.

Considering we're getting ready to possibly think about taking that next big life step, the wife and I thought a treadmill in the house would be handy. We settled on this one: http://www.2ndwindexercise.com/shop/silver...ct-xp-treadmill 2nd wind is awesome - we wound up leaving with that bad boy and a 5 year warranty for $880!

No personal information has to be filled out, just answer 13 multiple choice questions and you're done. Anyone that fills this out, thanks in advance! https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/VTBZGJ5 Did it. FYI, there's a typo - "I download apple on a weekly basis".

QUOTE (Quinarvy @ Oct 4, 2012 -> 08:54 PM) So, I think the two big spots we can expect the Sox to fill are RHP and 3B, and I kind of expect it to be a free agency splash. For pitcher, I think Peavy at 12M/2yr would work (essentially $14M due to his buyout). I'd also not be shocked to see Kenny continue his former Royal love and making a play for Greinke (despite his hating US Cellular). Then for 3B, I see them going hard for Wright. I couldn't speculate the price, but I just see it happening. No, no, and no. The only way any of this happens is if we exercise Peavy's option (which we should do at at a +14 million cost).
