    Parks and Rec was good, Office was solid, Community was amazing.
  3. QUOTE (Soxbadger @ Feb 3, 2011 -> 11:27 PM) Sstatistically his steal rate is down over 20% as well as his assist rate and while some may think that is within the normal range, I think that you will see Wade trend downward. And how does that make no sense? Wade is taking injuries at an alarming rate, I was saying this before tonights game where he once again could not play a full game. Durability, wear and tear it all adds up. I personally feel that Wade is a half a step if not more slower. Now is it temporary, potentially, Im not sure. If Wade continues to play when hes not 100% he is not nearly the exceptional athlete he once was. Im not sure how that does not make sense. You've been all over the place, so I can see why folks have jumped on you. Wade is a smaller guy, they tend to decline swiftly. Allen Iverson was a star in Philly at Wade's current age and 3 years later couldn't find a job. Now, Wade has a much better attitude and a stronger physique, but the wear and tear will take it's toll. Trust me, we'll be dealing with this with Derrick Rose in 9-10 seasons. However, Wade is still easily deserving of that starting SG spot. You can't really blame him for his assist totals declining... he's taken a back seat in the ball-handling department for the good of his team and "King James".
  4. QUOTE (Jordan4life @ Feb 3, 2011 -> 09:13 PM) The Magic were better before the trades. Absolutely true. Gortat was such a nice backup big, too.
  5. QUOTE (Jordan4life @ Feb 3, 2011 -> 07:41 PM) Oops. You know what I meant. I did.
  6. QUOTE (MHizzle85 @ Feb 3, 2011 -> 05:58 PM) 4 Celtics I'm okay with, best team in the East deserves to have representation, the only 2 Heat players should be the ones starting, Horford is deserving. Outside of the starting 5, there hasn't been a ton of compelling arguments for the Eastern Conference all-stars. Nah, the "best team" doesn't need to comprise 30% of the roster.
  7. QUOTE (Jordan4life @ Feb 3, 2011 -> 07:27 PM) Little late to the party. But this is probably my second favorite move of the off-season. Now this is what you call high-risk/high-reward. Not the Phillip Humber's of the world. I'd personally go with low-risk/high-reward.
  8. QUOTE (Balta1701 @ Feb 3, 2011 -> 04:12 PM) I think 85 is a totally appropriate number for him coming into spring training. Bears meatheads will adore this guy.
  9. QUOTE (ChiSox_Sonix @ Feb 3, 2011 -> 03:07 PM) Not sure where to ask this because I don't mean to hijack this thread...but now that Pettitte is officially done, is he a hall of famer? Roids seem to equal a "no" in that department.
  10. Milledge batted .277/.332/.380 with four home runs and 32 RBI with the Pirates last season, including a .320 batting average and .926 OPS against southpaws. ^^ I say Ozzie keeps him in order and we have ourselves something the team has desperately needed for a long time. KW is awesome.
  11. Wow. I love him as a 4th outfielder with starter's upside for when TCQ goes down.

    QUOTE (BigSqwert @ Feb 3, 2011 -> 10:20 AM) I'll have to dig up a torrent tonight. Or just DVR it one of the 80 times Comedy Central replays it.

    QUOTE (BigSqwert @ Feb 3, 2011 -> 10:14 AM) How was Tosh.0 the other night? With our power outage the DVR obviously didn't record it. Should I bother hunting down a copy on the Interwebz? It was farking hilarious.
  14. Danks is quite good, but the Sox better trade him before he touches free agency. We would not win that bidding war.
  15. QUOTE (Quinarvy @ Feb 2, 2011 -> 09:55 PM) There is a reason Phil Rogers is regarded as a piece of suck. No doubt. Why is this asshole paid to write garbage. Say what you will about Pierre, but at least he sees a lot of pitches.
  16. QUOTE (LittleHurt05 @ Feb 3, 2011 -> 07:50 AM) @sportsguy33 In person, Rose is like a young Marbury but faster/taller/more explosive. I've never seen a PG like him in person before. He's illegal. Nice to see BS realize that Rose exists. Save a couple comments on BS Report about him, you'd have no idea there was basketball outside of Boston, OKC, and Los Angeles. It's getting a little tiring. At least the next BS Report should spend 5 minutes on Rose before 25 on Griffin and then talking about the Celtics as the best team in basketball!

  18. QUOTE (southsider2k5 @ Feb 2, 2011 -> 06:57 PM) I won't make it until the second half! LOL. Headed out now. I'm going to stick to highways. Per the usual, so happy to live in the suburbs.
  19. QUOTE (southsider2k5 @ Feb 2, 2011 -> 05:31 PM) Just for the record. I hate 9:30 starts to any sporting event. Hell, take advantage of it. I'm meeting some guys up at BWW at 9, perfect end to snomageddon day.

    QUOTE (LittleHurt05 @ Feb 1, 2011 -> 06:46 PM) "We're happy for ya!!!" Seriosuly though, thats impressive. Been meaning to get on a weight loss kick, but it's been progressing very, very slowly. Going to the Gym was almost a terrible idea, but managed to get the car back in the garage...

    QUOTE (LittleHurt05 @ Feb 1, 2011 -> 05:44 PM) Were you really gonna go to the gym in this weather??? Heh, I've re-decided to go to the gym. You don't go from 211 to 195 in 3 weeks by making excuses dammit. (Yay me).
  23. QUOTE (justBLAZE @ Feb 1, 2011 -> 03:29 PM) ..signing major-league contract with #Brewers. #MLB - Ken Rosenthal Thank f***ing Christ.
