  1. Sorry CWSOX, I should have just kept the categories to Yes, no, or no opinion.
  2. I say let him back it will be good for baseball, and he is considered one of the hardest workers there is. he gave baseball his all and he deserves in. Not too mention its a crime that the player with the most hits isn't in. Who cares if he bet on baseball, I am sure inside he regrets it now.
  3. Less RIAA.........More Music
  4. By the way, i think the writer should have mentioned June Jones as the best coach in WAC, or at least mentioned him. Instead June Jones is ignored despite making Hawaii a great program (considering it Hawaii)
  5. I agree with the ESPN synopsis. I think Joe tiller is probably the best behind Tressel Carr and Paterno. Tiller always has Purdue up for games, and they always play good teams hard. Not too mention his teams are usually undersized and still compete on a major level. That team that went to the Rose bowl was undersized and they still played great. Tiller is a great strategist, too bad he usually gives Michigan a run for their money

  7. Welcome to the best Sox board there is... Where the beer is free flowing and the Sox talk carries into the wee hours of the morning
  8. NO woman is that hot. Tara Reid is, but seeing as how I will never have sex with Tara Reid (barring a miracle) I will also never do coke.
  9. do you know these are survivable and b****y for a fact, or is it what you have heard? I agree that brain cancer is a b****, that is what took my mother. I would also add lung cancer to the b****y as well as breast cancer, and ovarian cancer. You hear of many women losing their lives to those last two, and my friends grandma recently died of lung cancer. My aunt survived ovarian cancer. My neighbor beat breast cancer 3 times. I fear brain cancer with all of the pollution and when I get upsome times I feel woozy. Lung cancer is usually someones own fault from smoking but if not its very sad, regardless it is sad when someone dies from smoking. I am not sure if feeling woozy when you get upset is a symptom of a brain tumor. Symptoms I have heard of are: Slurred speach Extreme dizzy spells Faintings Ceizures Weakness on one side (this was my mother's symptom) it all depends on where the tumor is located though. I think pollution can lead to other types of cancer too, such as lung cancer. Really, even though there is no sure thing cause for cancer (unless you are a chainsmoker) I believe it just depends on how you body copes with different things. If two people breathed in the most polluted air, one person might never have any affect from it, where another gets lung cancer because of a slightly altered genetic makeup. Noone knows for sure, but that is the theory I like best.

"Time for you to grow up." You might want to look in the mirror, Clujer. And if you're a fan of "innocent until proven guilty", you weren't in the interview room yet you are 100% sure he is guilty of making the statement. Just like nobody was in the room with Kobe and the woman, nobody knows what really went on except for Shockey and the interviewer and whomever else was in the room where the interview was held. Something tells me that a New York Times reporter would not just make something up and throw it in the article like the New York Post did with Piazza. Remember the public scrutiny Piazza recieved when The Post said he was gay? He had to bring one of his ex-girl friends (a playboy playmate) into the spotlight to say that he is straight! Anyways this whole thing is being blown out of proportion, when he called parcells a 'homo' he probably wasn't even thinking about who he was talking to. When he talks to other players about Donovan McNabb he probably calls him a homo because he is good and beats the Giants. I am sure that he did not mean to imply that Parcells is gay.

    Board Behavior

Yeah it will come off during the season, but I would like to shed a pounds now while I am training so that when practices start I am in good shape. Also running over weight can cause shin splints, or so I have heard.

In case you all didn't see

After re-examining the pictures I have found that they look alike because their profiles are nearly identical.

Most of the similarities I think are in the face. I have to look at the picture again. How could you not find Jackie hot? She is a little small chested but, c'mon, she is really attractive.
  14. probably the greatest single celebration in sports history. It was so natural, unscripted, and so much just raw emotion coming out of fisk that it was great

  16. sorry to hear about your grandma, losing somebody is always tough whether it is your grandpa, grandma, mom, dad, a sibling, a beloved friend or pet. No matter who it is it really sucks

Kreuk reminds me a little of Jackie from "That 70's Show"

to get quicker you should run 2 miles everyday. I run more, but that is because I am thinning down for cross country. If you want to lose weight I suggest you too run more than 2 miles. to get stronger you should do the usual regimens Day 1- Back and shoulders Day 2- arms Day 3- Chest I don't know the names of the exercises I do for each of those, I just know how to do them. so I suggest you see your school's weight training coach.
  20. Thanks a lot. That is amazing. Only 2 homeruns in 100 IP. They say you can tell a lot about a pitcher by how many homeruns and walks he gives up. There was a very complicated formula in the book moneyball on assessing pitchers using homeruns walks and then adding on different kinds of hits. For my own sake, I simplified it (I made it simply (BB+HR)/IP) and looked at a couple of pitchers and noticed that good pitchers stay below .400. The best of the best this year (Mulder, Mussina, Loiaza) are below .300. So I thought I would punch Cotts numbers in. unfortunately the walks kill his number.
  21. I think that is a pretty good trade, with the one exception being vina's salary. Oakland would want Vina for free. And would probably want a minor leaguer too. In the end though, Stl, would not want to give up Drew, Vina, and a minor leaguer just for Buehrle. So the deal would only work if we tossed in more to Stl. Overall though, I think you had your thinking cap on during the game.
  22. Can anybody with his statistics tell me how many homeruns he has given up?
  23. I'm sorry to hear that. My mom fought it for a year before it took over. Damn cancer.
