I saw Transformers for the first time on Cinemax yesterday. I liked it more than I thought and Megan Fox is as advertised. However, I read on her Wikipedia that she has Brian Austin Greens name tattooed on her and I dont know how I feel about that. I know, I know

QUOTE (Mplssoxfan @ May 12, 2008 -> 10:40 AM) The thing that sucks is that I can't retaliate. That's the only bad part about it. Have you considered giving the blow up doll some hard core drugs. Im sure that is worse than beer and a shot.

QUOTE (Mplssoxfan @ May 12, 2008 -> 11:05 AM) A funny story, and one that might be laughed at by Sox fans, after the last week. I work in a restaurant/bar and for some stupid reason, I've scheduled myself to open Saturdays and Sundays. When I walked behind the bar yesterday (Sunday), I was greeted by a half-inflated blow-up doll (not anatomically correct and wearing a bikini). The doll's legs were spread and between the thighs were a beer and a shot. Hilarious! It was two women who put this display up, with help from a guy. Seems that ballplayers aren't the only ones who let off steam with plastic! I hope you quit. Thats not a laughing matter. Ill bet youll never feel comfortable at work again.

Also, even if it was only his friends stuff, he still has no right to look at it.

Student Hacks Into School System
QUOTE (farmteam @ May 11, 2008 -> 08:55 PM) Why? It's no more (if not less) malicious than the other. Its something that would be very hard to prove and Im not even quite sure how to explain my thought process. I guess the way I look at it is the school or whoever would be enforcing the rules more than likely have boundaries set and Im sure they might overlook some minor things ( like just getting into the sytem) and more serious problems (looking at other students personal records) Since the student was indeed looking at other kids stuff he made it clear that his intentions were to do more than simply show off to his friends. Now, even if he wasnt, thats what it looks like and it should be sufficient in proving his guilt.

Student Hacks Into School System
QUOTE (farmteam @ May 11, 2008 -> 09:37 PM) Of course there was an intent -- to find out the class rank of him and his friends. Thats the kind of intent that warrants a more serious punishment than someone who did it just to say they did it.

Student Hacks Into School System
Im surprised people are torn over this one. I completely agree with SSI. There is a fine line when it comes to the intentions people who do this kind of stuff have and accessing peoples personal info is over it. Like he said, if it was for show there would be some sort of trophy or a way to document youve been there. Hacking into peoples personal files is a much different issue than someone wanting to show off their hacking abilities.

QUOTE (YASNY @ May 9, 2008 -> 11:17 PM) Those words weren't thrown by me. I commend the act, not the players. Ya I know. I didnt mean to single you out, you were just the first who was upset by dollgate to respond.- This makes me feel good
QUOTE (YASNY @ May 9, 2008 -> 09:41 PM) I still think dollgate was an embarrasment. I also think this is great, whether anyone wants me to say so or not. Thats one thing but the words sexual harassment and sexist were thrown around loosely in that thread. People commenting on the character of the players and saying they should be embarrassed for making female reporters feel "uncomfortable" in the mens locker room. Dollgate wasnt a big deal and obviously means nothing in terms of the teams character or views on women which was everyone elses point but people were too quick to jump all over them for having fun.- This makes me feel good
QUOTE (ChiSox35 @ May 9, 2008 -> 05:03 PM) No, they're monsters cause they have blow-up dolls in their locker room. Ya, how can these sexual predators put on a charade like this after how uncomfortable they made women sports writers feel. I hope nobody who was blatantly bashing the locker room incident jumps right on and praises this gesture so openly. This is the guy who was widly suspected to have been responsible for the dolls and at that time he was such a sexist monster. Between this and his contributions to locks for love because of his grandmother it should give you an idea of how ridiculous it was to be up in arms about what happened when you can see what kind of individual Swisher is...- Catch-All Anything Thread
QUOTE (StrangeSox @ May 9, 2008 -> 11:15 AM) I was going to mention them. Their parking lot sucks big time, though. Its in a strip mall with a bunch of other places. They just built a huge theater on River Rd. near 294 and 190 (pretty much next to O'Hare). They have luxury seating, no kids, booze, etc. http://cinematreasures.org/theater/21297/ https://www.muvico.com/Default.asp? I didnt know about the new one. Thats actually pretty close to my house.- Student Hacks Into School System
I dont care if he ordered houses in other countries to be blown up, as long as he kept the blow up dolls out of it, thats what I care about...- Craig Steltz...your starting job is waiting
QUOTE (Balta1701 @ May 8, 2008 -> 09:36 PM) I think Mike Brown's replacement re-signed with the Colts last year. Because I don't know if I can think of any other safety in the league who has the impact of those 2 guys on the field. Id say the only other guy I have seen take over a game like those guys is Polamlu. Those guys seriously destroy offenses and will never be replaced.- Catch-All Anything Thread
QUOTE (NorthSideSox72 @ May 3, 2008 -> 08:50 AM) This reminds me... having had many similar experiences, I always thought that if I had the capital to invest, I had a great idea for a theater experience. You build a more or less normal theatre, but the entrance has a very small bar. You can only enter if you are 21, period. You only have a very narrow selection of beers, and few seats, and you don't allow the booze into the theatre. You then also have an usher who actually stays IN the theatre for each movie, and actually tells people to be quiet if necessary (and asks them to leave, also, if necessary). You also make the warnings much more pronounced that if you start talking or annoying people or using your damn phone, you will be asked to leave (and then actually follow through). The overage you make on the booze sales could help with the extra usher costs, or you even add a dollar or two to the movie price. What do you get? A theater with adults in it, no kids, and a respectful audience. All for a dollar or two more per person. I would gladly pay that difference for the experience. You could also do this as only part of the theatre - these X number of screens are on the other side of the bar, the rest can be normal screens for families, teenagers, etc. They have a theater like this in Woodridge. Ive been there a few times (believe it or not) They actually have waiters that get you food and drinks in the theater and most of the seats are at tables or desks almost. They have $11 pitchers of long islands specials and stuff too. Its an interesting idea, just doesnt seem to work very well. Its good for first dates though... QUOTE (shipps @ May 7, 2008 -> 11:50 AM) Her being a drunken biggot in her spare time has alot to do with me saying she is a bad example. With her character and you using her as an example from the womens perspective is pointless. Oops, I thought you meant she was ranting AGAINST the bigotry. Lol.- White Sox Clubhouse and Sex Dolls
QUOTE (shipps @ May 7, 2008 -> 10:30 AM) LOL.She is a bad example, didnt she go on a rant about 3 months ago about jew bashing or something. One thing has nothing to do with the other though. She is a female journalist "the victim" and she laughed and doesnt think its a big deal, but men are outraged for her. That doesnt make any sense.- White Sox Clubhouse and Sex Dolls
Also, Swisher, that woman hating sexists who more than likely was involved in this will be dying his beard pink for breast cancer. What a pig... - This makes me feel good
