Sounds like youre interested in beach muscles so youre probably looking at lots of crunches and curling. If not get yourself on a 4 day routine and make sure you go. Eat healthy and continue to do cardio. Im not quite sure why people would tell you to stop doing it. If you just load up on protein and dont do cardio youre not gonna get a 6 pack. With your height and weight its gonna be very hard for you to gain a lot of bulk.

This is gonna be an interesting offseason. For that much money he doesnt have enough value for us. We have too many other positions to be filled and too much already tied up to give him that kind of money.

Does anybody else think its ironic that Friday Night Lights new night is actually on Friday nights? Which you would think would eliminate most of their target audience because most people who would like a show about high school football would probably be at a high school football game on Friday night

That game is actually at bars and stuff now. Theres one at the BW3 right by my house and I know Ive seen it at a few other bars around here.

I cant wait to see TO in the post game interviews. If he can make it through the whole night without ripping Romo or the coaches he truly is a changed man.
