  1. Link Apparently some kid threw a waterbottle at him so he had his security goons track him down in the crowd. then he took off his jewelery and shirt like he was gonna fight him and picked him up and threw him off the stage. Quite entertaining.

    This season of Sopranos is drawing my attention away from Entourage a little. I think Ill be more into the show when the Sopranos is done.

It sounds like youre talking about upright rows. Those mainly work your traps, similar to shrugs. Based on the motion you can see how it would hit your biceps too.
