How happy life could be if all of mankind Would take the time to journey to the center of the mind

It don't mean a thing when the lead is singin' Or when he goes Hi-yi-yi-yi-yi-yah Mr. Bass Man, I'm askin' just one thing: Will you teach me? Yeah, the way you sing? 'Cause Mr. Bass Man, I wanna be a bass man too, d-d-b-bop-a-bop Try this, b-b-BOP-p-p-bop bop bop... Mr. Bass Man, I think I'm really with it B-did-did-a-boom-boom, a-boom-boom-b-dit-dit-dit-dit Oh, Mr. Bass Man, now I'm a bass man too, d-d-b-bop-a-bop That's it, b-b-BOP-p-p-bop bop bop...

1-2-3, oh, that's how elementary it's gonna be C'mon, let's fall in love, it's easy (it's so easy) Like takin' candy (like takin' candy) from a baby A-B-C (A-B-C) fallin' in love with you was easy for me (easy for me) And you can do it, too, it's easy (it's so easy) Like takin' candy (like takin' candy) from a baby Baby, there's nothin' hard about love Basically, it's as easy as pie The hard part is livin' without love Without your love, baby, I would die

Take me on a trip upon your magic swirling ship My senses have been stripped, my hands can't feel to grip My toes too numb to step, wait only for my boot heels to be wanderin' I'm ready to go anywhere, I'm ready for to fade Into my own parade, cast your dancing spell my way I promise to go under it.

Who would you rather see win the AL Central
BigEdWalsh replied to southsider2k5's topic in Pale Hose Talk
QUOTE (Tex @ Sep 25, 2009 -> 10:07 AM) I usually cheer for the AL in the World Series, but there are a couple teams where I would change, Seeing Thome get a ring would be tops, other years situations like St. Louis with Tony, Houston, maybe Pittsburg. The only time I ever rooted for the NL was in 1969 because the Mets had former Sox Al Weis, Tommie Agee and J.C. Martin. Besides I had always kinda liked the Mets. Back then who couldn't help but pull for the Amazin' Mets? -

I voted Tigers. I have too much hate for the Twins. Besides the Tigers have Magglio. O-E-O!! As for rooting for the NL, I can never bring myself to do that, though I too would like to see Thome get a ring. -
Plucked her eyebrows on the way... .shaved her legs and then he was a she. She says, hey babe, take a walk on the wild side!

QUOTE (BigSqwert @ Sep 22, 2009 -> 01:52 PM) That's where I stopped reading. Reminds me of when I asked the concierge at a nice downtown hotel in Atlanta where to eat and he recommended Cheesecake Factory. Thanks Pal. It's so difficult to find chain restaurants when I travel. *shakes head* Yeah whatever. I just threw that out there. So forget everything else and just go to The Pie.

I live about an hour south of Salt Lake City. I really don't go there that often, but you may want to go to the Hard Rock Cafe, 505 South 600 East, Salt Lake City Tel: 801 532 762. You may want to check out The Bayou, 645 South State Street, 801-961-8400. Getting a good drink in Utah has never been so easy. Over 200 beers available. Cajun-flair menu with classic pub fare. One place I go to a lot and highly recommend is The Pie (for pretty good pizza). Voted "Best Pizza in Utah.", which isn't saying much I know, but really it's good and a very un-Mormon-like atmosphere. It's just off the University of Utah campus, so it's mainly frequented by college kids, but at least they're not BYU students. You can get pizza, calzones, baked subs, salads, wings, local beers on tap. Open late 7-days a week. There's Zanzibar for live jazz and blues. Nothing quite like a good Blues place in Chicago but just the same it's SOMETHING; 677 South 200 West. Tel: 801-746-0590. If the outdoors is your thing there's some pretty good not too far off places to hike in the Wasatch Mountains. Also Antelope Island is pretty cool. Too bad the minor league baseball season is over. Bees games are always fun and the ballparks around here have nice mountain views.

There are 2 or fewer people with my name in the U.S.A. I'm surprised there's another...must be an impostor.

By all means, skirts. Preferably mini-skirts.
