Michelle.. are you bringing the kids? Jim and I will be there.

Not that I agree with him - far from it - but guys, all he did was post an article.

Terrible indeed. I hope I don't come off sounding like an uncaring person. I have so mych sympathy for the families. I have seen first hand how the families must pick up the pieces. It's beyond explainable. I wish them the very best and hope they are able to lean on eachother in this trying time. Suicide tears a lot of families apart. The unanswered questions, the guilt. It's horrible.

I think I made a good point as they took no more calls from "seat weasles". Maybe they'll think twice before puting that s*** on the air in the future. I did send a nasty email. And I'd be tempted to hold them responsible the next time I find some s***heads in my seats at the park.

Sorry, but this is complete BS. Suicide is a cry of pain..? Suicide is cowardly behavior. Suicide is not being mature enough, or having enough love and consideration for your loved ones, to go to them and make them hear that "cry of pain". I mean think about it.. if someone is "crying in pain" don't ya think they want to be heard? When they kill themselves they screw everyone that cares for them. Selfish. If you could feel for ONE second the GUILT from not being able to help somone... someone who took that opportunity away when they killed themselves! Selfish.

Great point. A teenager.. with their entire life ahead of them. Likely with barely any cares or responsibilities at this point in his life chooses to kill themself rather than just open their mouth and get some help. They'd rather enflict the pain on their family. I've talked down a suicidal person. And before they opened their eyes the thing they said most often was "This will show them. They won't have to worry about me anymore. They'll be sorry". Killing yourself to get back at someone? If that isn't selfish I don't know what is.

I have 2 suicides in my family and 3 close highschool friends. Not ONE of them had a problem that couldn't be solved. And yes.. I've had my share of hard times. And one of the first things I thought was "OMG... someone will have to find me. Clean up the mess. How will that make THEM feel?" Suicide IS selfish. It's a horrible cry for help and if people would only TELL others what's going on the odds are 99.9% that they DON'T do it. As for you Roman, comparing a soldier going off into war to a person committing suicide is completely stupid and makes no sense. I'm not surprised you brought it up.

LOL... Maybe low, but funny!

Jim and I live down the street from him and his daughter and her husband are just a few houses away.

This morning I am flipping the dial cause Howard was in commercial.. and I hit B96 who is talking about "seat weasles" - which are morons who buy the cheap seats and sneak down to the front row at events (concerts, ball games, etc..) so I hop on the cell phone and I am dialing like a mad woman. I get through. So I talk to the little worm who screens the calls and he doesn't want to let me on. And I reply.. "of course. Don't want to accept the responsibility for this disgusting advice that those ding bats are giving out on the air, right..?" His response.. "one moment please...". So I get on the air.. and I lay into their asses about how IRRESPONSIBLE they are and how even though they say they aren't condoning it, I'm sure there are a gazillion pimple faced idiot kids out there wetting their lips at the thought of getting to the front row for the cost of a lawn seat." I also made comment about the Sox incident.. I told them that "s*** like this advice is what causes these issues. People who think they are owed something sneak down there, have a few beers, and do stupid s***". Eddie (I think that's his name) agreed with me and even said "I know" when I mentioned that the mornons at Comiskey weren't Sox fans. Joe (his idiot sidekick) offered me Matrix tickets then put me on hold. When they came back to get my information I told them to keep their tickets and give them to one of their hooligan listeners so they wouldn't have to sneak in to see it, and hung up. Man.. I don't know why, but that just got me so pissed off. I used to listen to that station back in high school.. :fyou them now. I think I am going to send their station manager an email. Stupid assholes.

I talked to him Thursday night. I'm not giving any specifics let's just say the Sox used their "strong arm" to decrease the noise at the park...

Jerry did not fire Wallace. Kenny did.
-
IMO, not true. A united front until a replacement is in line....?
-
I already called for that... April 17th or 18th I believe it was
-
IMO, Marte stays put!

Konerko/Garland for Mora/Gibbons/Ponson They aren't stupid. They know Paul has an issue. And Garland blows. Toss Mark in there and maybe we'd get a bite on it. And before I get screamed at for even considering getting rid of Mark.. guys, his heart is not here. As much as I like Mark, I think he wants to be somewhere else. I seriously doubt this is just a $$ issues too. I just think he wants to be hear his family. I think he'd be out of it in Baltimore, too. The only place Mark is going to be a 20 game winner is St Louis.
-
Ward is/was KW's guy. I think she's a bit confused.
-
Mark, Garland, and Paul to Baltimore for Sidney and Jerry.
-
Oh bulls***!! That was no where in the rules yesterday!! I should be the winner for yesterday! This sucks! This game blows!
-
Definitely! Get him out of here for something before it gets too late.
-
Suicide is not sad.. it's selfish. I grieve for the families these inconsiderate people left behind. Them and them alone are the people who deserve sympathy.
-
Ummm.. I picked all of the Toronto lineup. Didn't they all get hits..?
-
Well, for what it's worth I have heard nothing about Jerry's job being on the line to this extent. As for Kenny's job, I have been given every indication that he no longer holds the title.

Are you talking about the stadium club? That would be that. The Stadium Club is where (once you have your ticket that someone paid for) you have access to the buffet and can eat yourself sick. The Club level does not have free food although they keep wheeling that damned dessert around to make you givce in and buy something! The Club level is great - no lines for anything, great view, very classy and I'd sit there anytime. You pay extra for the great view, no lines, and all the class. That is what they are selling with those expensive tickets. If I could afford it, I'd live at Club level. LOL.. that damn dessert tray! I suppose he could also be talking about sitting in a suite. I know they do offer food (but add it into the price of your ticket). Those tickets I think are $100 a person. I've only sat there with Crystal for free and they did have hot dogs, beef sandwiches, pasta salad, etc..
