  1. QUOTE (whitesoxfan101 @ Mar 15, 2011 -> 12:55 PM) Also, who said Kevin Love sucks? Hyperboles are my friend.
  2. http://offthedribble.blogs.nytimes.com/201...ove-is-rolling/ Wait, you mean to tell me Love DOESN'T suck? Bizarre...
  3. QUOTE (KyYlE23 @ Mar 15, 2011 -> 06:32 AM) Hey Felix, whats up with this? NBA refs are overly sensitive about this sort of thing. This lawsuit is just making Krawczynski's more visible than it was when he first tweeted it. All in all, I think it's ridiculous.
  4. QUOTE (Balta1701 @ Mar 14, 2011 -> 07:44 AM) They went 13-40 over that streak. And this is somehow Love's fault? I'm sorry, but when you put up 31 points and 21 rebounds and lose by one point, it's not your fault that your team didn't get the W. The same can be said about plenty of those 53 games.
  5. QUOTE (Steve9347 @ Mar 14, 2011 -> 04:45 PM) That... of course that... combined with being the only guy on the roster capable of rebounding. You've obviously never watched Love play.
  6. Well, the double-double streak (53 games!!!1) is over. Love finishes tonight's game with 6 points, 12 rebounds. He got benched with four minutes left. Time to drink a glass of scotch to that streak. It was amazing to watch night in and out.
  7. I like Blood Sugar Sex Magik as much as the next guy, but there's absolutely no reason RHCP should have beaten Black Sabbath. Basically, this whole thing is a sham and waste of time.
  8. QUOTE (PeavyTime @ Mar 9, 2011 -> 09:39 PM) FYI, the Bulls and Celtics became the first teams to clinch playoff spots tonight. The Bulls magic number to win the Central is down to 1. Celtics clinched yesterday (which doesn't really change much, other than the fact that it wasn't tonight )
  9. 16 and 21 without playing any of the fourth quarter and having a hurt leg. Bum didn't even get to 20 points.
  10. QUOTE (Jordan4life @ Mar 8, 2011 -> 06:01 PM) Shut down the western conference were this to happen. Also, Kevin Love is first in offensive Win Shares and fifth in Win Shares overall. I don't have anything bad to say about him. He's an amazing player. OKC makes the most sense, if only because Love and Westbrook are very good friends and he would fit their offensive system flawlessly.
  11. QUOTE (RockRaines @ Mar 8, 2011 -> 01:36 PM) Hypothetical question: Would the "Big Three" that worked out together all summer long have better results on a team together than the Heat Big Three: D Rose Kevin Love Russell Westbrook Replace Rose with Durant, and you have a very realistic scenario that I'd put my money on right now. (which isn't to say I think that's definitely going to happen, but I think that's a lot more likely than your proposed idea) QUOTE (ZoomSlowik @ Mar 8, 2011 -> 05:16 PM) He still has an insane offensive rating though because he can hit 3's and takes almost seven FT's a game at 86%. 5 offensive rebounds a game doesn't hurt either. Ranks first NBA.com's efficiency ranking and third in PER. He's very good at basketball.
  12. I really have nothing against Outkast, but nothing they have ever made comes anywhere near the quality of London Calling. Ever.
  13. No fourth straight 20/20 for Love Oh well, I guess 23 and 17 is alright.
  14. No Zappa. Bracket is invalid. Also Quinarvy, how could you ever, ever, ever, EVER even CONSIDER voting Outkast over the Clash? Stupid things like that always invalidate these stupid brackets.
  15. QUOTE (Felix @ Mar 5, 2011 -> 07:53 PM) 50 straight Kevin Loves for Kevin Love, and with 14 and 18 entering the fourth quarter, there's a halfway decent chance he'll end up with his third straight 20/20 game tonight. 3 straight 20/20 games? Why not.
  16. 50 straight Kevin Loves for Kevin Love, and with 14 and 18 entering the fourth quarter, there's a halfway decent chance he'll end up with his third straight 20/20 game tonight.
  17. QUOTE (LittleHurt05 @ Mar 3, 2011 -> 08:44 AM) Beat the 22-win Pistons on the road no less, wow!!! Only 1.5 games out of 14th place in the West! Hey, when you're rooting for a last place team, a win's a win, regardless of who you're playing.
  18. QUOTE (Steve9347 @ Mar 2, 2011 -> 05:01 PM) Business as Rasual Made 3PT Ranks, NBA 2009/10: 13 (tied with Ray Allen) 2008/09: 22 Go f*ck yourselves! Maybe he's been ineffective this year because Vinny f***ing del Negro is his coach and he's down to 18 mpg. You're relying on a counting stat to say he's a "lights out" shooter? Seriously? And that nickname rivals HoT_FiRe as one of the stupidest I've seen on this site.
  19. QUOTE (Steve9347 @ Feb 28, 2011 -> 09:00 AM) He is lights out from three point range and can at least make his own shot. Yes, the guy that shot 32.6% from three this year and 33.6% from three last year is "lights out from three point range." Hell, even if you look at his whole career, 36% isn't lights out. Get real.
  20. QUOTE (danman31 @ Feb 19, 2011 -> 10:41 PM) Serge Ibaka's first round free throw line dunk was the best of the night. He was actually behind the line. I don't know if anyone has actually done that. The famous free throw line dunks were just inside or on the line. Agreed on most of that. Definitely better than anything Griffin did. QUOTE (kev211 @ Feb 19, 2011 -> 10:20 PM) Either way it doesn't really matter who wins its for entertainment purposes only. Mcgee used his good dunks too early and it came back to bite him. Edit: And no one had any hope of beating Griffin in a fan vote. So once again it really doesn't matter haha Unfortunately, all of this is true too
