So I haven't watched any of the NIT, but I just caught the very end of SDSU/St. Mary's game and saw the SDSU fans rush the court. Anyone that actually watched the whole game know why, or were they seriously just that excited to get into the semifinals of the NIT?

I picked Wisconsin, so I'm pretty pleased with their win. Despite that, I still wasn't rooting for them Nice to see my bracket be right about something for once though.

I left my apartment at 8:40 this morning and just got back at 12:35. A good 14 hour day of work at the HHH.. at least I got to see bits and pieces of some good games (KU/NDSU was good as predicted, USC/BC was also pretty entertaining).

I like how yesterday people were saying the Gophers were in with a win against NU, but now today they are saying the Gophers might be taken off the bubble because they lost to MSU.

This game has been hilarious.

BA, Owens, and Wise are all below average offensive players and there is no significant difference between them. So why wouldn't we start the one that has by far the best defense? It's mind boggling.

Wise is not a leadoff hitter or a MLB starter. He is a bad player who should not be starting, let alone leading off. I agree that I'd rather Owens than him in CF, which is really pretty pathetic because Owens in CF is a horrible idea as well. Brian Anderson for CF in 2009.

Woooo!! Thank god we won that one. We've now got a very good chance to go dancing this year, which is just absolutely amazing.

Go Gophers! 1 win gives us a pretty good shot at the tournament, but no need to take any chances. Win two and guarantee a chance to lose in the first weekend of the NCAAs. This inconsistent offense has to stop and the turnovers need to be limited.

That was a pretty good game. Osiris dominated for awhile, but NIU still was able to pull it out.

Terrible last shot there. You've got to get a better look than that.
