They would have to back up a truckfull of prospects to get me interested.

This is just so fitting.

What White Privilege?

Nope.

You don't see the difference there because you don't want to.

It is a moral and ethical lapse to speculate about someone's mental health in a public forum, especially without a legitimate reason to do so. The athlete hasn't talked about it, and the team hasn't publicly talked about it. It would be one thing if he was actually reporting, but it is the fact that he is speculating off of second or third hand information that precisely makes it irresponsible. He has no factual basis for this, and is instead publicly speculating on someone's mental health based off of rumor. This is a horrible thing to try to normalize as being OK.

Literally the only one painting it as a "huge story" is you.

The difference is that one person is a legitimate reporter, and the rest aren't. This is fake news.

538 pegs the Bulls with 27 wins this year, 4th worst in the NBA. https://projects.fivethirtyeight.com/2019-nba-predictions/

This is how I look at it. Looking up his fangraphs numbers, he didn't lose velocity or have any other big redflags to say that his stuff is gone. Gray would be far from the first guy who couldn't pitch in NYC. Even his xFIP and FIP were 4.17 and 4.10, despite his ERA being 4.90. I think more teams will be willing to take a chance on a soon to be 29 year old starter who than was a 33 year old reliever with the same basic contract prices.

While it is probably not illegal, it is definitely a moral and ethical lapse on the part of Levine to speculate about something like this, especially if the team or player didn't tell him this directly.

This and the OF may well be the strongest positions in the system when you factor in Fry and Bummer as well.

Not the Yankees.

I have to imagine SOMEONE would offer significantly more to the Yankees than this steaming pile.

There is a lot of circumstantial evidence out there that a good chunk of those are basically a backdoor for players to get stimulants with the banning of speed.

More adult conversations?

He'll never hit for power tho.

He had better hope he is right about the ADD because that isn't something you want to be wrong about.

Let me put it this way. Davidson outhit Avi this yaer.

The two work out together in the off season. I heard Aaron Rowand on a podcast last week talking about it. Row really like Ruth.
