This is way to simplistic. Velocity isn't nearly the only measure of stuff. Location and consistency are much more important.

If Greg was a sportswriter, he would just write headlines. Who cares about what actually happened in the game. If Greg was a screenwriter he would only would roll the opening scene and the credits. If Greg was a director he would only say action and cut. This has been another episode of Greg doesn't care what actually happened.

He needs reps worse than anyone on this roster. Keep in mind he has less professional innings thrown than Michael Kopech does. You can see the lack of consistency from pitch to pitch. Ideally he would have stayed here a year. He really regressed his last couple of starts, and didn't really leave them any choice. If you are consistently struggling to get out of the 1st, you are putting extra strain on all of the rest of the arms.
