  1. Here's the play https://www.nbcsportschicago.com/mlb/chicago-white-sox/white-sox-news/watch-white-sox-lose-on-abhorrent-interference-call-internet-goes-nuts/564455/?cid=sm_npd_rsn_chi_fb_mn&fbclid=IwZXh0bgNhZW0CMTEAAR05Qh_6oRd8B7K9Ryw7iGiV9C4bJXPD6xQnjwD_5FmaitiEKeFfzfEXYyM_aem_Ad0pFsCaahHG3adJMaEPQvnwatsktYd1xVFiDYymAWolgnRYM5kK9NY1AFv7TLBnVe2S-MmIjucmiGdhNh-h23Sp
  2. There is no doubt the Sox are trying to take this opportunity to rig this team to win something as a positive to point at.
  3. I think they thought they were 65 to 70 wins bad, and maybe close to .500 with some luck. Then pretty much everything they did was wrong and they freaked out. Now Baghdad Bob is making the rounds telling people that all is well. The Americans will never invade Iraq.

  5. I was thinking around 50%, so yeah, same idea.
  6. I forgot about that. That just pushes him into June then.
  7. Honestly? That's lower than I would have guessed.
  8. 60 day DL so he couldn't have came back until about now anyway.
  9. It's almost like some kids need some time to develop.
  10. With the SB rules of today, a dude like that getting on base is an automatic triple.
  11. I mean we always hear how we were second highest bidder on certain guys, plus that Jerry MIGHT have a problem with bidding on the younger kids. If that's the case maybe Marco focuses on the older Latin kids who develop late and the Cubans to make up for where he can. I have no idea where the truth lies, but the fact he is still here probably means he is doing what they want him to, whether it was Hahn, Kenny, or Jerry setting the standards. I guess we may also glean something if we start going young in the Central American countries after this year. We have been doing more the last couple of years, but who knows.
  12. Yep. Let him throw at least 100. Otherwise why is he here?
  13. I don't get to say it often, but that was a great defensive play by the Sox

  15. What's the interest rate on your loan?
  16. Don't flatter yourself. You attract an outsized level of attention for your propensity to make ridiculous statements and then run away from them when someone tries to get you to clarify, all while wrapping yourself in the martyr flag. Your most common post is quite literally "I didn't say that." If you don't like the attention that this brings, stand behind and defend your work like the rest of us.
  17. It's a coincidence, and nothing more. I am kind of impressed you can simultaneously pat yourself on the back for making the observation, and yet still disavow it all at the same time is an amazing level of cognitive dissidence you don't see in many people.
  18. Sure, and it just means you will get more absolute burn outs like Courtney Hawkins, versus low level major league players like we got out of the high floor picks.
  19. I hate to use Ricky as an example, but maybe getting someone who is more in tune with teaching is the right move. In his 200 plus games here, I can't think of a single player that has made progress at making themselves a higher baseball IQ player. We still have the same mistakes being made, the some cutoffs being missed, the same baserunning blunders, signs being missed etc. I can't say Pedro is the problem, but I sure can't say he isn't.
