    QUOTE(whitesoxin' @ Apr 13, 2005 -> 07:16 PM) I have an interview at Culvers tomorrow. I also applied to two waterparks and a few other places. Look for online applications. There are a lot of places where you can apply online. Good luck looking! I got lucky and recieved a call the day after filling out an app. If you get in at Culver's, I'll be sure to come bug you after softball games down there.
  3. QUOTE(fathom @ Apr 13, 2005 -> 07:25 PM) I disagree. Besides Wickman, the Indians pen has kicked our ass this season. Bettancourt, Riske, Miller, and Rhodes all have looked sharp so far. I would rather have Vizcaino, Marte, Takatsu, and Hermanson
  4. QUOTE(Rex Hudler @ Apr 13, 2005 -> 07:26 PM) Don't forget Felix Diaz is still out there and he will fill a slot at some point. Good point I forgot about him being on the DL. When does extended Spring Training end?
  5. That was quick. This one is going to be a battle of the pens, boys. That should be a good thing for us.
  6. Perfect throw by AJ. He has a little more making up to do.
  7. QUOTE(whitesoxin' @ Apr 13, 2005 -> 07:08 PM) Bulls or Sox? No question there.
  8. QUOTE(Chisoxfn @ Apr 13, 2005 -> 07:15 PM) Wiz off to the early lead. I don't think there is a chance in hell that the Bulls will win this game without Noc. I agree. They are missing too many key guy, especially at SF.
  9. QUOTE(Spiff @ Apr 13, 2005 -> 12:11 PM) He caters to big name coaches and players? That's why he suspended Artest for the season and Jermaine O'Neal for 50 games? Stern is the best commisioner in sports, by far. Who was the opposing coach? Plus he had zero choice in the matter. Artest got off light compared to what he could have gotten.
  10. QUOTE(CWSGuy406 @ Apr 13, 2005 -> 05:40 PM) Nothing better than playoff hockey... Except for being at a White Sox playoff game

    QUOTE(Soxnbears01 @ Apr 13, 2005 -> 05:52 PM) be an intern for southsider, get paid to post. NO ONE is honing in on my territory.
  12. QUOTE(mreye @ Apr 13, 2005 -> 03:24 PM) I thought I did something original. We all went to Vegas for my bachelor party and had a group photo taken there. I had that blown up and framed and ave them that. Cheap, but cool. We didn't do the traditional thing either. I tried to find each of them something that fit their personalities. It was kind of fun actually.
  13. Right size, wrong shape for Pauly. The sad thing is if he pulls his usual groundball to SS, we probably get a run.
  14. When Frank comes back we start playing musical chairs with Dye, Thomas and Everett with whoever is hot, and whoever is a good match up.

  16. QUOTE(Heads22 @ Apr 13, 2005 -> 02:29 PM) I dunno. Since you're usually out to get people, red would be a much better choice. Blood red.
  17. QUOTE(Steff @ Apr 13, 2005 -> 02:21 PM) LOL.. I gonna have a wedding every few years or so.. I was going for simple. 2nd one I tried on. I got lucky.. there were females in there with 10 or more dresses in their dressing rooms.. I'd act surprised, but I'd just be lying.

  21. QUOTE(Dick Allen @ Apr 13, 2005 -> 12:46 PM) I'm not arguing with you, but the article says the changeover is complete, yet they will be changing the seats all year, and supposedly won't be done until opening day next year. That doesn't make sense. I'll bet you a beer that in addition to the color change, there will be other alterations to the seating sections of USCF. It may not be the so-called HR porch, but I do think they will increase capacity. I hope they do add back some capacity that they lost. They can sell every bit of 50,000 seats for the Cubs, Yankees, and Red Sox series, in addition to opening. I am not sure what they would do to add back now, but who knows. But I'll take your bet, because all indications seem to indicate that they are done with the big work. If it wasn't for the color change of the seats, no one would have ever known that was even happening.
