That's typical of the company I work for though... They are really backwards when it comes to productivity. FWIW we have gotten 3% for the last 3 years.

If you drop Nomo and Ortiz off of that list, anyone of them is better than Milton. Personally it would be tough as Hampton is really hot right now, if I had to pick, I would probably go with him.

Our company has given us accross the board increases ever since I have been here. Reviews, attendence, work ethic; none of that matters here. And now no one cares or works particularly hard because of that.

Email the team. They are awesome about anykind of a request. As a matter of a fact, a good Sox story from just recently... when we went to openning day, we stayed out in at the tailgates until about 45 minutes or so before the game started. We entered the park through the entrance closest to the Bullpen Sports Bar, where they were out of the magnetic schedules. A couple of days later I emailed the team to find out if it was still possible to order one. I got back a reply very quickly asking for my address, from Brooks executive secretary. Within two days of me sending them my address, I had two magnetic schedules. The PR department is just incredible now. to all of you guys.
