Frank Williams has been a huge bust. Man after all of the hype surrounding that guy, and he has done NOTHING.

It seems to be there are some differing opinions on who will hit #2. It seems about halfway split between Rowand or Uribe. I'd be curious to hear which player should hit #2 and why, and also if anyone else thinks Willie would be a good fit at the #2 slot?
