It goes accross the spectrum of life. Religious people practice behavior in direct contradiction with their rules all of the time. Heck every Christians life is a contradiction of their religion, because they could never possibly hope to live the life that God requires for them. Homosexuality is no different under the eyes of God than anything else.
  2. Scott Boras. With him as an agent you HAVE to go where they are offering the most money.

You asked how homosexuality and religion could be practiced together. That is how.
  4. Interesting to note, while everyone gets all excited about Lovie Smith, of the 6 teams that have hired coaches so far, Lovie Smith is going to make the smallest salary of any of them. As a matter of a fact his annual salary of $1.35 million per year, is basically 1/4th of the $5.7 million that Joe Gibbs is going to make. Now the hiring makes complete sense, or is that cents?

    :finger Nah just all knowing
  6. I don't care which one it is but this is Danny Wrights make or break season IMO. I really hope they use him out of the pen. I think that is the best place for him. Scho will most likely be the #4 and it will be interesting to see who emerges as the #5. Ideally I would like to see Person emerge as healthy and use Cotts or Rauch as the #5 while keeping Scho in the pen where he belongs.
  7. I haven't even heard of Western Carolina. What confrence are they in? Who are their rivals?

There were no assumptions made. Just a statement of fact. It doesn't matter whether you have gay sex or think bad thoughts, a sin is a sin is a sin. It is biblical fact.
  9. 5th place with a bullet. This doesn't help them much at all.
  10. Nope, Jas is right.

You'd be surprised. As of about 5 years ago, I know for a fact that only one car line could say they were completely made in the USA, and that is Cadillac. All of the others have foreign made parts, or sections assembled overseas that come hear to be added while on our assembly lines. Saturn was the car closest out of the rest of the lines.

Honestly I am glad you corrected me. I am more familar with the auto and steel industries being from this part of the midwest. I know getting a car labeled as made in the USA is so easy it is pathetic.
  13. Upset of last night... USC beats Arizona 99-90.
  14. The world wide draft is another one of those issues that could go a long way towards rebalancing baseball, that the players union will never let happen.

Not really. Honesty do you know how little it takes for a product to be labeled Made in the USA? It could be as little as the final assembly.
  16. Put em in general population at the prison and tell everyone why they are there...
  17. This is what it boils down to. Either Americans have to accept cheaper wages, or they have to be willing to pay more for American goods. If they don't companies HAVE to go outside of the US borders to stay profitable. If the government passes ways against this we are still paying more, because then we are paying whatever it takes to enforce these laws in taxes.

Just as much as you can practice religion after advocating killing people... Remember all sins are equal under God's eyes. And by advocating a sin you have committed a sin under God's eyes.
  19. Don't buy that far into the hype. The Astros offense is still way better than anything the Cubs can throw out there, and so is their bullpen.
  20. Meh like I said the only thing worth anything is the strength of schedule rating, and even that is overrated because of the whole good confrence bad confrence differencial. Basically RPI=BBS-human votes.
  21. Do you honestly think that Trump would get into the pro sports business just to make money? Whatever he does he is going to try to win. I believe whereever he goes he will try to make a big splash, quickly.
  22. The guy won't be an effective pitcher until 2005 at the earliest, probably 2006.
  23. Seriously it is easy. Just look at a post you made. At the top there are a bunch of buttons such as "edit" "delete" "quote" and "report" just click delete.
  24. St Joe's at number one? Can we all agree that it is an interesting strength of schedule componant, this poll isn't worth too much? Espesially with UConn at #11, Stanford at #7, and Texas Tech being overrated at #8.
