I was still working at the CBOE. When they evacuated the trading floor they emptied us onto the Financial Place Plaza that literally sits in the shadow of the Sears Tower.

Pennant races come around way to infrequently in these parts, and to waste this one being pissed off about things doesn't make it too enjoyable. No one likes the fact that fundimentally, we suck. And that is the flat out truth. Outside of a couple of guys, we are a 16" softball team for all practical purposes. But why let things ruin the race, when we haven't even lost anything yet. Lighten up a little, it will be a whole lot more fun!
