Joe Crede to 15 day DL, Josh Fields called up from AAA.
QUOTE(Hideaway Lights @ Jun 6, 2007 -> 11:55 PM) Just shut him down. I'm much more interested in seeing what Fields can do at this point and cutting this guy loose as soon as possible. At the same time, you want to get something in return for him.

Our Top Prospects
QUOTE(southsideirish @ Jun 6, 2007 -> 10:58 PM) Do you just make S-H-I-T up as you go? Shingo was released in August of 2005. Tadahito had a better year in 2006 than he did in 2005. Come on man. Yeah, his BA was a whole 3 points higher in 2006, with 3 more HR's and 4 less RBI's. More 2B's and 3B's in 2005, as well as more SB's. But thats not the point, Tadahito himself said that he was a bit sad/upset when Shingo was let go. It was in numerous articles. But I'm just making s*** up, so you must be right.

Our Top Prospects
QUOTE(Dick Allen @ Jun 6, 2007 -> 10:46 PM) And it appears the tumbleweeds are poised to make a return to USCF in 2008. They haven't been close to selling out these Yankee games. Tadahito is getting prematurely old IMO. I was all for signing him earlier, but I think there are some pretty good secondbaseman available after this season who wouldn't break the bank. In regards to Tadahito, when Shingo left, Tadahito's # decreased slowly. He can still get the job done. He'll get the runner over or slap the hit to go 1st and 3rd. Shingo made the transition process a lot easier for Tadahito, and it showed.

You don't put a winner on the field, no one goes to see the games. Who's going to want to pay 40+ bucks to go and see this team look like a group of zombies that don't even care?

We should try our best to sign Ichiro while keeping Tadahito in the process.

And That's A White Sox Loser
QUOTE(fathom @ Jun 6, 2007 -> 10:11 PM) Buehrle is the best player possibly available. Even a mediocre GM could get a lot of value for him. Yeah. We should be able to get a lot for Buehrle.

And That's A White Sox Loser
QUOTE(southsideirish71 @ Jun 6, 2007 -> 10:04 PM) Ozzie started the post game interview with laughter. Just keep throwing them out, thats all he can do. You really can't even blame him anymore. I just feel sorry for the guy. He just said, what seems to me, to be the "We quit." statement. He said "I just gotta change my style. Gotta go and have some fun."

And That's A White Sox Loser
QUOTE(santo=dorf @ Jun 6, 2007 -> 10:03 PM) So no game tomorrow against the Yankees? From what I can see, there will in fact be 2 teams on the field. If there will be a game is yet to be determined.

QUOTE(fathom @ Jun 6, 2007 -> 09:35 PM) Yep, let's spend 16 million on one guy next year when we have so many holes. The 2008 Sox will have more holes that need to be filled than Paris Hilton when she gets out of jail. Female inmates???

QUOTE(SoxFan562004 @ Jun 6, 2007 -> 09:20 PM) unreal... Hawk, DJ, Farmer and Singleton can talk up Wang all they want, fact is he came in with an ERA over 4.00, I'm so tired of struggling pitchers facing this offensive and magicly finding it He hasn't given up more than 3 runs in an outing since May 10th.
