I agree with Heartattack....conditiong pays off. And when you don;t condition, you only cheat yourself. Sonce baseball condition/practices have started, I have lost 9, almost 10, pounds and am in the best shape ever. I am ALMOST rock solid. I love seeing myself this way and it truly hepls. I am more energetic, stronger, more endurant, and I feel better overall. It really feels good. Not to mention that my curveball is awesome!

Bears should sign Ian Gold and another WR.

I NEVER noticed it except for in the 2 pre-season games I watched that emphasized it a lot. I can't recall hearing anything about Bank One during the season. Maybe BankOne dropped out cuz they sucked so much?

I just won in the bottom of the 20th inning vs the D-Rays! Tied 4-4 from the 9th on. I tied it with a 2 run double by Dye in the 8th. So, bottom of the 20th, 2 outs, Pods comes up. Baez in for TB. He lines a base hit up the middle. Now, the count is 0-1 to Juanny, Pods takes off and steals 2nd. Pinella comes out to argue to no avail. 1-2 count, Juanny rips on to left-center. Crawfird cuts it off, throws home, and Pods barely beats the tag. AWESOME f***ING GAME!!!!

Gold could be had for 4 and Jurevicous wouldn't be too expensive.

No disrespect f.o.p. but no one has ever made fun of me because I like rap/hip hop......and I'm white. Yeah, I grew up/live on the South East side which is 95% Mexican so I can relate to you A LITTLE. But sometimes, my sense of humor gets me in trouble because people know that I'm a goofball and I f*** around a lot but you just gotta trust who you chill with.

I got in to my high school mainly because I was white and go to an 99% black school. They needed to "diversify" the school. Anyways, I don't regret it. I love my school. BTW, I didn't do so fly on my High-School entrance test because it was at like 6 AM and I really didn't wanna do s*** BUT, I am now a Sophomore and got a 23-27 expected range on my PRE-ACT so It's all gooooooood!
