Perhaps IROD turns to I-ROID???

I already have a good excercise regiment. I work out 2 1/2 hours every weekday and about an hour a day on weekends. Water is a must, baseball conditioning on my in terms. I'm hard on my body but it pays off.

Man I f***ed up in the Fantasy Nascar league. I have Earnhardt Jr. and Gordon in my top tier. I just so happened to activiate Earnhardt Jr. over Gordon. Yeah, Jr. finished 3rd but Gordon won!

He would look quite nice in a Bears uniform lined up next to Mike Williams or Braylon Edwards!

This All-Star weekend was absolutely sick. Pheonix killed it this weekend. Nash, Richardson, the Shooting Stars, and Amare! Man...the NBA is back! Watch out for Josh Smith folks! I called it....I called it. The east is back too! WHOOOOOOOOOO! Let's hope the Bulls come out firing in the 2nd half!!!!!!!

Podsednik will steal 67 bases. PK will hit 40 HR and have 103 RBI. Dye will have 27 HR, bat .298, and have 98 RBI. Shingo will save 33 games and have a 2.89 ERA. Iguchi will hit 17 HR and end up with 56 RBI batting .301. Hermanson will have a good season. Crede will end up hitting .281. Aaron Rowand wil win the Gold Glove in CF. The Sox will lose in the 2nd round of the playoffs to the Red Sox.

Uprgrade the infield defense. A veteran SS/2B who fields well and hits at the top or bottom of the order. A better 3B would be good too. j/k
