2007 White Sox Photos
QUOTE(Mr. Showtime @ Feb 18, 2007 -> 08:43 PM) Right, there's been a number of articles about how Jenks lost 20-25lbs this off-season. Wow, that's alot of weight he lost.

Jose Contreras...
Jose looks thinner to me also. It sure is great to see the guys again!

Rich Gossage interview
That is a fantastic article, very well done. Rich Gossage is one of my all time favorite pitchers. I remember getting his autograph when he was a young pitcher with the Sox during spring training of 1976 in Sarasota, Florida. Even after Gossage left the Sox, I always pulled for him except against the White Sox of course.

Williams on Sox FA
It could be that KW is having them explore the free agent market so he can see what offers other teams will make. At least that is what I am hoping. Don't know if KW would be crazy enough to let all 3 leave as FA's. I've seen the Sox do some unusual thing over the years though.

Williams on Sox FA
Is KW losing his mind or something? We won the World Series in 2005, now he is getting rid of everyone it seems. He would have to be crazy to get rid of Iguchi and Dye. We might want to consider firing KW before he has us in last place.

Uribe update
Sure glad to hear that he will be at training camp.
-
White Sox 5th starter poll
I'm going with Gavin Floyd. Haeger will probably come out of the pullpen.
-
Kerry Wood falls out of Hot tub
Kerry Wood always seems to be hurt. He must be a accident waiting to happen.

2007 White Sox Photos
I didn't like the new ST hats at first but since all the teams are pretty much the same, I don't think there too bad.

Spring Training, finally!!!
-
which current sox players will eventually be HOFers?
I would have to go with Buehrle also, he may get in eventually. Don't think Konerko will have the numbers.
-
Uribe will report late to Spring Training
I hope Juan gets this thing settled soon.

Predict Jim Thome's 500th Homer
I would like to see him do it in style, with a grand slam at the cell!
-
Guys I'm back.
Glad to have you back.

Guillen Likes Our Bullpen
It will be interesting to see how Ozzie does with this years bullpen, I hope there is an improvement over last season.
-
Incase you are a betting man...
If I was a betting man, I sure wouldn't bet on the Cubs to win it all. They will probably be improved but they won't win it all by any means.

Happy Anniversary Michael Jordan
With the love Chicago has for Michael Jordan he could probably be elected mayor!!
-
Guillen Likes Our Bullpen
Sisco won't be a steal right away, maybe in a couple of years or so.
-
Happy Anniversary Michael Jordan
I remember that Crosstown classic well. I remember when the umpires called a strike on him when he was at bat, the fans booed the umpire.
-
Lead off hitter
I would lean toward Iguchi as the lead off hitter.

RIP Ray Berres
Rest in Peace, Ray.

First Sox game
My first White Sox game was in 1965 against the Yankees in Yankee Stadium. I remember Tom Tresh make a terrific catch robbing Danny Cater of a home run. I don't remember who was pitching, the Sox lost that game. That is about all I can recall from it.

Miss baseball in the offseason? - Think you're better than KW?
I'll take a look at the site it sounds pretty good.
-
Which Sox players would you keep
My choices would be Garland, Dye, Crede.
-
fifth starter competition
I think it will be Floyd or Sisco.
