My Webpage Sox pick 29th (no supplemental picks), I was thinking the world series winner automatically picked 30th like the NFL but it just goes by regular season record. I don't know exactly who would be available at #29, but one guy that could be is Luke Hochevar. He was a supplemental pick by the Dodgers last year and has yet to sign a contract (he is represented by Boras). His negotions got screwed up when he switched agents and then went back to Boras, and the talks had to start over. He would have been a top 15 pick had Boras not represented him, but ended up falling.

On the score this afternoon Rongey was saying that Ventura started off is career 0-30 and Sandberg started off 0-40 (both had numbers something like those).

I was at the game in July 2003 when he took a no hitter into the 6th or 7th against us but we ended up scoring a bunch of runs off him.

I wish Calapari would have stayed. Memphis could have became another Gonzaga and just dominated that conference. The only problem Calapari has is his recruits only stay for a year or two or don't show up at all. They have a chance to be great next year.

I don't care what the Illini fans say, Bruce Pearl got robbed for coach of the year. He took a team that was supposed to finish at the bottom of the SEC and got a 2 seed in the tourney (I don't care if they were seeded too high). As much talent as UNC lost, most people still expected them to be in the tourney.
